Went in to give the desserts a try for the first time, I had the choc a lot waffle and a super milkybar milkshake, both items were really nice and get a 10 out of 10 rating, the place was quiet and staff were really friendly, I shall be visiting again another day
We go now nearly every Saturday we love our desserts � they yummy � and it’s quite busy at times waiting time is fine we expect it wen it’s busy I think � they need to have more staff at the tills taking orders because it does get busy would recommend to all to go out to with kids family etc they are delicious �
Treat my little girl after a fab school report. They guys there made her feel special wrote on a plate to say well done and she was over the moon. Nice food and nice for them to go the extra mile
Our first visit but won't be the last, we all enjoyed the food especially the grandchildren, waffles and pancakes freshly made, l had banana split gorgeous, will definitely return
Me and my girlfriend love this place as they have a great choice of desserts, very well presented and quite reasonable time wise of service too :)
Loved the American vibe.... amazing ice cream �atmosphere was busy and conversations was flowing. I would defo recommend the crepes to die for. Staff are busy but service is not rushed and polite.... that guy asim greeted and seated us attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
Loved the American diner vibe, and the range and quality of desserts was awesome!! I went for the American classic, pecan pie and coffee. My son had a bubble slush and fantastic strawberry shortcake waffle. Everything was great, no queues and staff very friendly.
Enjoyable food & Leanne the server was so genuine and down to earth made the experience so much better
Don’t have one bad word, the food was amazing and definitely worth the money.
The service and staff where amazing the food is always made in a reasonable amount of time!!

Came to kaspas today with my partner and we were served by a girl called khira and she was so polite and well mannered helped me and us with our choice of desert and made sure we felt comfortable, are deserts were perfect and we will be deffo coming back again!! Was amazing!�
Brilliant service and friendly staff
Lovely lady who seated us was very helpful when we asked to be seated in a booth due to autism. Staff are all smiling and happy. Also very helpful when I asked for a ToGo cup for my smoothie

Been a few times now good great service friendly and quick even when really busy. Great value for no at and great food would recommend

went yesterday first time we enjoyed bannoffe waffle very tasty didn't think would eat all it so big not big lover on sweets myself but my husband had strawberry indulge couldn't eat all it was very impressed tasty we will be back plenty choice all look delious .
Was fairly busy but seated quickly and ordered fine did have to wait about 10 mins but this is expected on a busy Saturday. All deserts were really nice and well made. It is a touch on the expensive side but for an occasional treat it is great! Staff were all friendly...the only problem I had was the music was blaring and it made it difficult to chat we were all yelling at each other! Everything arrived within about 15 mins altogether. It was a very cold day on our visit but it was warm in the parlour and everything was really clean. I'd go again but only on a 'special occasion'
Went here after bingo last night x daughter in law enjoyed her cookie dough daughter just and a milkshake as she couldn't find anything she liked on the menu . I had a classic banana split but think they need to do it more traditional less ice cream and cream and more banana x behind the counter was disgusting around the pancake plates and waffle cooking area wudnt take much to clean up x
Well this was our second time visiting Kaspas, and once again half our order arrived and was eaten before the rest of the order arrived, the fact that you have to pay 50p for sauce and another 50p for a few sprinkles, we won't be back in a hurry.
Seated really quickly waited over 45min for order got shakes first had to wait further 20 min for desserts shakes was good although I’ve had better else where also my dessert came first I hoped all food would come together however food was really good �
24/01/2018 - Why put sauce all over the plate and put a dish/glass on top of the sauce, it makes a right mess. About 8 tables I could see were full with dirty crockery awaiting collection. My Oreo Crunch Cheesecake was beautiful, crunchy, creamy and very decadent. The double chocolate gelato however was poor, didn't have much flavour and was more akin to wishy-washy supermarket chocolate ice cream, not freshly made thick creamy indulgent gelato.
