No matter how much I eat there's always room for dessert. Dessert doesn't go to the stomach. Dessert goes to the heart. ;) I'm gonna go back. :D
Me and my boyfriend recently visited and felt as though we were little children, when we entered we was immediately greeted and asked if we would like to dine in, we took that option and was sat at a table. After we had chosen and payed for our desserts at the tip the waiting times was less than a 3-4 minute song and to be honest the place had many customers within the establishment, very impressed with that. Our desserts was the best we have had in a long time (we had ordered Strawberry Indulge, Choc chip cookie dough and some choc dipped strawberries to the side) and we loved them, only thing in our opinion was the cookie dough was a bit to chocolatey/sickly for us to finish but to others may be great. We toughly enjoyed our time here!! 10/10
Its great the prices are affordable wonderful staff also nice place to treat the kids.
I love the kaspers waffles because there so tasty and big there on the same level as the waffle bar.

I want to know what your policy is on use if ice cream scoops? I was at your shop yesterday and got coconut ice cream, afterwards my throat became very itchy and irritated. This only happens when I have pistachio or cashew nuts. I then saw a server scoop one flavour ice cream, dip the scoop into water and then scoop another flavour. If this is the case, anyone allergic to certain ingredients will have had their ice cream contaminated by whatever was scooped before. The scoop was not WASHED, but dipped in milky water for a second and put into another flavour. There was only one scoop being used for all of the many flavours of ice cream. This needs to change! And not only because of allergies, but because if general hygeine. Food was great and staff helpful, but this really let you down. I'm sure you can afford to put a separate scoop in each ice cream. Even my 7 year old daughter asked why the woman used the same scoop and that I couldn't have ice cream because there was pistachio on it previously. If a child has enough common sense to see that, so should your staff!
Found a hair in my Sundae totally wasn’t expecting it. I firmly believe the lady just took the hair, edited it and brought it back. Rather than making a completely new one. Not impressed!
Because some of the colleagues were not using gloves and didn't wash there hands

The desserts are good but service? Not so much. I and my partner and son frequently go to Kaspas, but if today is to be repeated again, it will be down a few customers.
Today being a Monday, not a school holiday and about 13:00. There were about 10 people in there and we were shown to a seat directly between two tables, when i say directly between I ought to say that it was nearer to sharing tables.
They already were closer with a table between them than some people are when sleeping in the same bed yet we were to be put between them.
My partner asked if we may be able to have a table elsewhere.
Now I work in a restaurant myself, and I have worked in hospitality and other customer service roles in the past, what I am sure of is, you don't grumpily respond to a customer.
Our response was, "You won't find the other seat much better"
Now any person who frequents Kaspas will be aware there is at any given time, approximately 10-13 members of staff, they have very little to do in prep, and tables have a napkin wrapped knife and fork and are given a scanty wipe with a cloth and (I hope) anti bacterial spray. So if a table were covered, it would take barely moments to clear, clean and make ready for new guests.
However the restaurant was not full, nor was there (or ever is there) a lunch rush. Neither were we given to understand there would be a party occupying the dozens of other tables.
This being the case I can but assume it was pure laziness and bad customer service that combined to refuse an explanation and to then point us to a table a few scanty inches from another pair of customers, as opposed to any other of the dozens of empty tables and booths.
Since we were now in the path of the cold blowing air con directly above and still nearly sharing a lap with the people beside us, we departed.
I am not one to complain often, however this was a quiet Monday afternoon, past lunch, before schools ended, and ZERO manners and explanation. Had it been night time and a full restaurant, we may make a choice before entry, but I am sure we are not alone in not wanting to sit on someone else knee in a restaurant.
Nor in wanting some basic manners from the staff.
The desserts and choice are good but the service is appalling. I mean 25 mins waiting for an ice cream is a joke. Worse still not even an apology for the wait!
If I was the owners I would seriously be looking at who they employ and the standard of service they are setting.
Horrible place with a chavy design, lazy staff and poor food hygiene! Found little stone in an ice cream and complained and asked to speak to a manager but was told s/he was on holiday. Asked for a complaint procedure and was told they have none in place.
