We always come to Kaspas with our children and we are often served by Ali who is amazing! Really friendly and always so helpful! A great employee for Kaspas!
Took kids after family roller disco Friday night. Waffles,crunchie milkshake,deluxe chocolate Sundae kids were in heaven

Kaspas has quickly become a bit of a regular treat for me And my children (birthday, school reports, end of term treat) We have been in small groups, medium and most recently a group of 30. The high chairs really need to be looked at (only two is really stupid for the size of the place and they are always filthy!) however back to the most recent visit, I phoned at 11 to tell them of our visit 3 hours later and even though they already had a party of 20 booked in they accommodated as and we had a great time. The staff where brilliant.
I love Kaspas! Lovely staff couldn't do enough for my daughter & myself Thursday 22 March 3pm great food as always feel like a kid again when I'm in there !

Been here several times now and loved every visit. Trying to feed my sweet tooth habit by working my way through the whole menu. Every desert I've had so far has been to die for. If you got a sweet tooth then this place deffo worth a visit.
Been here several times and it's always been good. There was a hiccup with an order once but it was caused by a member of staff in training. (Human after all !!) The supervisor, Ali was attentive and acted quickly upon getting the order right. Something that we really appreciated. Good customer service and good selection of deserts. Staff is friendly and it's a lovely place to go. It's one of a kind in Swindon, and it's always busy, which is a good sign � Highly recommended �
My first visit, hubby and I took 3 of our grandchildren. We were greeted a minute after we entered , we requested a round booth but were advised these are reserved for parties of 8, we were then offered the round table in the middle. This suited us fine. The food we ordered was delivered perfectly and quickly. My only complaint is there is no separate child size menu so we wasted about £20 out of £35 worth of food. Far too big for 3 year olds.
Service was good, fast and polite and food was lovely.
Went here yesterday for my birthday and wanted to sit in a round booth, there was 3 of us and it was far from busy, we got told that table was reserved which my reply was every single table had a reserved sign on and always does, the female who told us we wasn't allowed to sit there was very rude and had a bad attitude which isn't what I expect to see with a customer service job, although there's rude staff who look like they clearly don't want to work there the food is great. Improve your staffs training in good customer service and maybe you will get more good reviews
The food and drink is so good at this place! It’s just a shame about the really rude manager in there tonight who argued with me over a mistake made on an order addition that I gave, putting me off wanting to go back. The other two girls were polite and i feel sorry for them if I am honest... working in service all my life, you learn not too argue with a customer just remake and apologies, now you just lost another customer.
The desserts are great but service is a bit slow and the who place needs a bit of TLC toilets are terrible!!! Food was out quick
It is lush, but would be great if there was a small range of dairy free options, so my daughter could enjoy without us having to pick out the most likely dessert with the least dairy in it!
Went there as treat for our sons & mine birthday. As with other reports on hear staff need short sharp course in customer service. No one was rude but no real welcome or pleasant customer service. Rushed at till. Dressers are tad overpriced, but good size portions. No gluten free option for any waffles, crepes, cakes!! Won't be going back for a while as massive sugar overload. No dairy free option for milkshakes either!!
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service received this evening. First off, I arrived and waited 5 minutes to be seated, we asked if we could sit in a booth as we saw 3x 8 seaters free and 2x 4 seaters free (with no reserved signs). We were hurried to the small seater chairs and were told that we couldn’t sit in a booth because we “weren’t here soon enough”, after pointing to all of the free seats the customer service advisor said “we’re saving them for other customers”, he threw the menus on the table and walked away- without even apologising. Not only that, but we sat a group of 4 customers walk in and they were placed in an 8 seater booth with no hesitation!! We then went to place our order and was told that strawberries were out of stock, even though there was a full pack being prepared in front of our faces... apparently these were being saved for people ordering online? What about ‘customers that arrive first as stated by an advisor?!’. My friend also didn’t add her free topping onto her waffle because the strawberries were out of stock, so whilst we were at the till she asked for crushed Oreo instead and she was told that it was too late!!!! Absolute shambles in this place. I suggest you do something to rectify the situation immediately!

We arrived at 11:00 o’clock, was closed, they opened at after 11:30... why???!!�
Whole family family had there’s and eaten b4 mine even came to the table table that order 10 mins after us had there’s b4 got mine I only wanted slice of cake grrr
Getting tired of not getting through to being able to talk to somebody via phone, Facebook etc.
Deliveroo never has kaspa’s on their page, and yet we only live down the road (about ten minute walk). Tried ordering four times in the passed two weeks and not been able to get through by phone or Facebook (as they’ve turned off their messaging) and no way of getting it through delivery.
May as well spend the 30 odd quid and do it ourselves. Customer service is rubbish.
