This place is my regular where I visit with my family. I Went there yesterday with my friend. People working there are friendly. Customer service brilliant. We asked them for tap water they gave us a jug filled with ice cold water which was great as we were still thirsty after eating our dinner. Lovely atmosphere. My friend and I were sat there for extra 1 whole hour after eating our desserts. We didn't feel intimidated to leave like we would have had felt in other places.
Their fruit is always fresh and sweet. The waffles are cooked to perfection and service is always on time for both delivery and restaurant. It’s the perfect place to treat yourself!
The staff are amazing, was really hot yesterday and one of the staff made sure that me and the baby was placed under air conditioning! The food was absolutely amazing and filling! Thank you

Loved it, easy to order.... tasted great and it was very quiet so got a seat and wasn't bothered :)
It's my mum favourite place staff are helpful as my mum in a wheelchair there were wonderful ice cream was amazing would love to go back

Despite it being eid and being mega busy we were still given the best service:) the staff were apologetic with no reason. Busy is busy and we'll be back.. Cherry was amazing!!!
went there sunday and have to say i was very dissapointed, our orders all come at different times meaning some were eaten before others got their orders, our milkshakes were just plonked on the table at the end when everyone had finished eating and not knowing what was what, chipped and dirty plates (got pics to prove it ) paid for extra topping and never got them staff didnt help at all!!
I came in for my birthday to get a free milkshake (as advertised online) but said I had to order a waffle or a pancake first. Even though their advert says "just bring your ID. Simple as that" ... false advertising �
RUDE and mentally blinded service
I asked for a bubble gum bubble shake and they refused by saying they don't serve that flavour in bubble shakes (1st try). I asked for a normal shake with juicy balls and they refused by saying they don't add juicy balls to normal shakes (2nd try). I asked for a pina colada bubble shake with whipped cream and they refused by saying they don't serve cream on bubble shakes (3rd try). I just asked then for a glass with some straberry juicy balls for my daughter and they refused again by saying they don't serve only juicy balls (last try). I asked them to be flexible or they may face the risk to lose customers and they said they don't care, that they would run their business as they want even if I like it or not. With those arguments there is no need to say I will NEVER come back again and definitely I recommend to go somewhere else or at least to a different branch.
