Went there with my mate yesterday the saff was lovely the food was so nice and it was very cheap i would love to come here again
My autistic son and myself went for 1st trip to this venue and it didn't disappoint amazing place very clean staff helpful
Have been to Kaspa’s about 5 times in the last 6 months and each time it has been great! The staff are friendly and helpful and the waffles are to die for!!
Had my little boys birthday here after bowling. There were 15 of us. Great service, � desserts were amazing and as an added bonus they bought out a birthday ice cream with a candle and sang happy birthday to him. Thank you all xx

Deserts was amazing white hot choc was nice but they need to add a strawberry sauce with squirty cream on top to the menu they gave me the sauce and cream to make my own which was fun but would be even better if it came ready done. Staff are very nice and friendly and place is lovely and clean DEFFO RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE XX
Been wanting to go here for ages and finally did and I was not disappointed.
It has Very friendly staff and reasonably priced desserts.

Took my 4yo and 10yo today. 10yo loves pancakes but could barely touch the crepe after eating through the topping. 4yo had less than a quarter of her sundae. All very nice but there really should be kids sized portions /kids menu. I doubt an adult could finish a crepe or waffle alone.
Ice creams and desserts were lovely tasting and made to perfection BUT the service just took way to long, the queue was 12 deep at the till and only one cashier on taking the orders, the poor girl couldn't work any faster would have been nice for someone to jump on the other till and help her out and get the queue down..
Desserts were excellent although a little bit disappointed when my son started having an allergic reaction (nut allergy) halfway through eating his dessert even though I told the cashier that my son has a nut allergy. They must have used the same equipment that was used with peanuts, as upon checking on our orders, there was no notes about my son's allergy. They replaced it with no hesitation at all which we appreciated. Just need to make sure that a note is placed on your orders with regards to allergies.
When Kaspas Desserts was just opened in Romford it was great. Now all service go down. Food still nice and tasty, but you must wait till someone find you place, because one men work and as table-cleaner and as wellcome man. There are a lot of free spaces, but people must wait till this guy clean some tables and return to them. Also i get my latte in dirt glass and it was so sweet... i even don't know why was given more sugar. Tables had strange smell and bucket with spoons was dirty too... ned new staff or improve this one.
Took my 7yr old on saturday. I understand weekends would be busy but it was pretty much full of unaccompanied teenagers who were really loud and at times even running in and out the building then fighting and messing around right outside and up against the window. My son was really worried and concerned. The service wasnt great and it wasnt explained that you had to go up and order so we waited even longer than necessary. Food on the other had was lovely although far too much for a child so ended up wasting loads.
The only thing I didn’t like it was the staffing too many and not very present nobody told us we had to put the order at the bar so I had to guess.And the “fresh cream” was disgusting,not proper fresh cream it was from the tube yuck!! A bit pricey too for what they offer .I liked the ice cream 🍦 though
Nice desserts but restaurant wasn't very clean and toilets even less so. The service wasn't great either.
Ice creams was fab, cookie dough amazing. Crepes, could do better. Expected light thin crepes but found to be quite thick and rubbery. Sort that out and it’ll be a 5 star rating (didn’t try the waffles)
The staff member that greeted us didn't exactly greet us he isn't even say hello or smile!! We sat down and we're just left to sort ourselves. Noticing my son could have a sorbetto sundae dessert I was happy he could have something being dairy free due to allergies! I simply asked could it be served in a more shallow dish to make it more manageable for him as he is quite little! The lady didn't understand me at first due to limited English on her part and when she spoke to her colleague she said to me "no we can't do that". I was shocked at the lack of effort to please me the paying customer and i questioned could it not be served in a slightly different dish?! After I expressed it wasn't a difficult request she said abruptly "we will try". Well 3 guesses how the waitress served the dessert?? In a talk sundae glass!! I went to another staff member and asked for a dish pointing at one I could see would be ideal and with a smile she gave it to me! This was our second visit and both times staff haven't really made the visit easy at all! May have to look else where!! �
We ordered 2 Toffee milkshakes, it was clear that it was just vanilla ice-cream in a cup (we saw them just put an awful lot of Vanilla ice cream in). When we stated that in fact it did not taste like Toffee at all. We was told there is nothing they can do about it.
We asked them if they were going to change it (As it was not satisfactory) and they refused, also refusing to give us our money back. Customer service was awful and so rude.
We paid £8 for two cups full of vanilla milkshake. Will not be returning and will be telling others not to.
Took my family & some friends here & placed an order for drinks & the MANAGER making them got it wrong so i sent one of my kids to return them for her to make what i ordered correct the MANAGER gave her a dirty look & started talking about my family to her colleagues in her own language. When she brought the correct drinks over to our table i pulled her on the fact that she got it wrong & how dare she give my child filthy looks, she shrugged her shoulders & walked away. Absolutely disgusting way to be treated, i messaged head office & there no different as they haven't even bothered to reply. Will definitely not come back here again in-fact anyone considering coming here i'd recommend you go to creams as there the same prices but don't have attitude problems.
Service was terrible me and my daughter came in for the first time on Thursday for a little celebration after 15 mins of placing the order they came over with my daughters ice cream but I was waiting nearly 40 mins for mine and if I hadn't of got up and asked for it I probably wouldn't of got it! When she brought it over she just slammed it down and stormed off before I even got a chance to say something... but the whole point was so we could eat together ...
