Went in to Kaspas today and the young lady supervisor working the shift (Saturday 6pm) was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me with my quest... will definitely recommend...

Took my daughter and 7 of her friends for her birthday and they had a fantastic time and the staff were really helpful for us definitely be back again!!!

Brilliant! Took my daughter as a treat for her birthday, there were 6 of us in total, everyone loved what they had and the service was quick and friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

Took 5 kids to Kaspers. No table service so have to queue up to order. Took ages to bring desserts and then they forgot one. By the time they brought it over everyone else had finished and they also got the order wrong. Shocking service really for the price. We won't be going back there again. Stick to creams everyone. Much better

not a great experience here, the staff were all over the place after taking ages to be seated then no menus I had to que out the door with all the people ordering take out I was in the que for half an hour while my kids grew impatient, 2 couples for take out gave up and left. once ordering the lady who took my order was lovely but the order did arrive incorrect and had to be sent back. the worst part of the whole experience was how rude the foreign lady in charge behind the line was, she was clapping her hands and talking to the staff in a manner I can only describe as disgusting (I envisioned one of the staff putting her head in the waffle iron). really hope the manager sees how much she brings down her staff and gets rid of her they might cheer up abit and actually enjoy working there then. overated and disappointing

Slow service. Sorry guys Creams are the leaders. I visited your store and times everything and you canŌĆÖt touch Creams. I go to Creams almost every other day after uni and we love it

Appalling. Waited 35 minutes for coffee and cake only to be told they didn't have my choice of cake. When I asked why it had taken so long to be told this, I got a blank look and a shrug. Asked for a full refund. Waited another ten minutes for this but then had to point out the cash refunded was short by ┬Ż4. One staff member was very apologetic. The rest couldn't have cared less. First and last visit. Place was less than half full. Very noisy and chaotic.

Absolutely dreadful, waited 40 minutes for some strawberries and melted chocolate only to be told (after we had paid and waited) when I went to the till that they didn't have any strawberries and offered us bananas instead. When my daughter eventually got her dessert, after the rest of us had finished eating, it had coffee beans in it (that weren't supposed to be there) and she couldn't eat it anyway. But it's okay, they offered us a fruit shoot as an apology ’┐Į definitely won't be returning.
