thought the food was brilliant, staff were friendly and quick. Sat down in under a min from walking through door, served straight away and food took five ish mins. I have three kids 9-7-5 and they now beleave this is the best place on Earth.

I went to kaspa with my other half for a treat we were not disappointed great desserts was allowed to take a seat and wait for my other half who had finished work ordering was easy and quick however 1 negative I can give is this I asked for a coke float but only got a norm coke shame was hoping to try one but this is not enough to make eme think twice prices are fair and worth it waffles can be sickly but that is what rocks about them it would have made me need to take it home to enjoy fully know some of staff others were friendly would I recommend umm..... Hell yes

Excellent food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere.Although it only opened recently it’s obviously already a favourite destination in Braintree as it was very busy. Despite that we were served quickly and the food was excellent. Well done to the team, we will be back soon for another family treat!

We went twice on two days, the first day was faultless, but second day had a few slight issues (it was at peak time this day). Ultimately, the food we got was wonderful, but there were some delays and a couple of missed (little) items. I will happily go back again, as they are a new restaurant, with new staff trying hard. Everyone was apologetic and polite, and I cannot fault the food. I'll definitely give them another try, but I'll hope they're bedded in better next time.

This was my second visit here as a group of four. This time we got our food given to us nearly all at the same time but I think only because I asked upfront. The last time I came it was 15mins between each person. Our table wasn’t tidied after we’d finished which was at least half hour eventhough there were staff not busy. The food was lovely and the staff are friendly and I think if there was some fine tuning with how things are done then it could be a great place to go.

It was nice food, we was seated promptly and food was bought out quickly,only down side was our table wasn't cleared once we had finished for the duration of us being there,so we had 4 empty plates and cups left on the table which was in the way, and it wasn't busy whilst we were there so they had plenty of time to do it.

I thought service was fine, staff polite, found us a table with a space next to it for a buggy and food came out quickly. Braintree needs a place like this. Please be nice to staff they work hard

The desserts are very tasty, the staff are friendly but feel they have not had enough experience or the correct training. It would also be really good if all desserts arrived at the table at the same time rather than in dribs and drabs.

Really looked forward to coming here with my grandson heard good things about the place....

We were shown to a table (4 of us) and waited and waited no one came to take our order apparently you go up to the counter and place your order we were not made aware of that! Ordered and paid for food to be told half hour wait! Food came in dribs and drabs no milk for tea no cream on hot chocolate...these were rectified straight away also I had to notify the guys we were still one dessert short this finally came! The place saved itself with the desserts omg the waffles are delicious too much for one person do recommend sharing! We will visit again.

Lovely place nicely decorated, but the staff are going to need a lot more training to make it good. Dessert are very sweet. The one thing that annoyed me was you have to wait for a staff member to come and show you to a table they don't have a clue what is ready and what is not they you have to go up a order at the counter. Why not just go in find a table the order as it is a lot of messing around before you get seated. I have seen may people walk past as people are queuing to be seated when there are loads of tables free. Oh well a few changes and should be ok. Will try again when it has been running for a while.

Food when we got it was amazing, we ordered one shake and a crepe which came out 20 minutes apart after a half an hour wait. To witness the manger being verbally abusive to the young girls working there was horrendous and very unprofessional. All the young staff are working hard but are clearly unhappy there. So food great, but the whole experience not good

Was our second visit but first with the girls and had had such a good first visit was excited for our girls. Must say though I was disappointed because my waffle came first then hubbys and basically waited for 15 minutes for the girls to get their ones. But only cause we asked 3 times else think we would have waited even longer. When questioned the staff just said they were busy. Only 6 tables being used. But a family outing should be shared with all the family. If I wanted to eat alone I would go alone. Such a shame.

For a newly opened business, the place was dirty. Grease marks all over the seats. When I went up to order, the ice cream area stunk. Like when you use dirty water to clean. The toilets were disgusting. The food was nice enough. The boys enjoyed their crepe and sundae. Customer service wasn't of a high standard. Staff more bothered about talking to each other. Service needs to be on point these days. Won't be returning. Certainly didn't live up to the hype.

Took my son here for a treat.Ordered a milkshake and a cappuccino.Son got milkshake and then the wait began! Went to counter and asked where my drink was as I’d been waiting ages and my son was almost finished his.They said it was coming.Waited another 5 mins and still nothing! There was a lot of staff standing around doing nothing.My son was finished so I went up again and told them I want a refund for my drink.The bearded supervisor called over to a girl to cancel the drink and she shout over quite rudely “but I’ve just finished making it!” I said to the supervisor that it was unacceptable that I had to wait so long (20 mins)considering how many staff were on duty.He said it was just how the order came up on the screen?!! No apologies so definitely won’t be back!!!They really need to sort out their food ordering system and train staff on customer service!!

Took 45 mins to get us our drinks and only then because we complained..... we then got a refund and left without getting our food as we had to go.



The food looked great but the place was very understaffed and the staff seemed disorganised and slow.



Not sure I would chance going back!!!!

This place needs a lot of improvement if they are going to last the place in general is dirty sticky seats and table top plates not cleared from empty tables even though it was quiet yet most the staff who are very young seem more bothered about standing chatting to eachother which must be why we had to wait so long to be served then to actually get our order which came out in dribs and drabs which was also wrong yet wouldn’t swap it had to ask for a new set of cutlery as the ones given to me were dirty not a very pleasant visit at all I did ask to speak to a supervisor but was told he’s busy yet it just looked like he was cuddling and comforting one of the little girls working there couldn’t get his name as couldn’t see a name badge but dark haired with facial hair and which I hope doesn’t end up in any food I’m sure basic food hygiene is a beard net. The place needs a good deep clean and new staff maybe get a supervisor that’s more interested in making sure the place is run professionally rather than being all over other members of staff in public view

Terrible won't be coming back service was so bad! When we all ordered together they only brought out half the order then messed up the rest of the order. When I asked for some boiling water for my baby's milk the lady said she would sort it 30 mins later and nothing so I went back and asked again she replied oh I had a moment and forgot... she was so rude. We booked a table for 7 and said there was 3 babies so would be 3 buggys and got put on the smallest table. It's my cousins birthday soon and I promised to take her there for her party with some friends. Safe to say we will be going somewhere else. Such a shame .

Overpriced and poor service - took a 20% voucher which wasn’t deducted, when I returned to the till to ask for the discount to be deducted I was told it was too late and to use it next time, there won’t be a next time�

My 6 year old daughter had been looking forward to coming here as a treat for days! After waiting half an hour to be seated due to the fact the tables were not being cleared and cleaned we were eventually seated. We ordered our food and drinks were told it would be 30 minutes after 45 minutes we got 2 of our 3 drinks we waited a further 15 minutes still waiting for food and the 3rd drink one waffle came asked where the 3rd drink plus rest of food was told it was coming another waffle came still no sign of rest of order asked again was told it was being made. Eventually get the whole order after just over an hour from ordering with no apology. My daughter then needed the toilet well they were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for days with them covered in urine!!!!! The staff had no customer service what so ever!!!!
