Kaspas Desserts Sittingbourne

working on my shift today! a kind gentleman approached me asking about his order then went back to sit with his family! i looked and noticed he didn’t have one of his orders so i went over only to realize his whole family was deaf including himself to then using sign language to him asking him what cake he had he was then ever so surprised i knew sign language never seen someone so happy! he was just beaming with a smile from ear to ear just knowing someone was able to communicate with him so pleased with myself�

Went in last Tuesday with my mum was quickly seated, ordered a sticky toffee pudding, M&M waffle, latte and tea which was all lovely and warm and delicious! fair prices for the service and quality! The staff were friendly and very quick! Toilets were pretty good and the furniture was comfy and very glamorous! I’d heard some bad reviews but I suggest that anyone who wants to go in make up your own mind and good luck to the owner!

Our first visit to Kaspa's today ... Well we waited a few weeks as some of the reviews had out me off ......

BUT ... We were seated straight away by friendly staff .. We were spoken to politely .. after ordering 2 sundaes and a waffle we waited 20 minutes for service which I think is very reasonable indeed !! Again friendly staff bought the desserts over ....

Myself and my boys enjoyed our visit and will be back again :)

Great to see a new business in Sittingbourne, just what the town needs. We visited as a party of 12 and we had a lovely time. The children loved the desserts, the ice creams and waffles are huge and presented really well. The place is nice and clean and the manager Dillon could not have been more helpful.

The staff are young and still learning but I think this business will go from strength to strength and with support from the people of Sittingbourne will be a huge asset to the lower end of the High Street. We will definitely be going back xx

Four of us went for a Birthday treat we all loved it we had either waffles or crepes and they were fantastic ! Loved the inside decoration everything spotless The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices We will certainly be back! So many deserts and ice creams to choose from!

First time at Sittingbourne kaspas. I went with my two little girls but unfortunately there was no kids menu. My child was only 3 so would not be able to ear an adults size position. But I ordered her an ice-cream and he put it in a sundae glass with a wafer.

Was very clean and tidy. Food was lovely and staff very helpful and polite.

Best bubblegum sauce I have ever tasted, coffee is lovely! And portion sizes are huge!

Staff are super friendly, and the decor is so very pretty.

We had one very happy birthday girl. ����

Absolutely fantastic cannot for the life of me understand the poor reviews I’m seeing it’s complete nonsense please don’t let those reviews put you off! Give this place a try and you’ll not regret it I promise you.

I've watched the reviews on this venue for a little while and thought I'd give it a miss. After swimming today in Sittingbourne the kids wanted to try it out. I have to say the young lad that served us was spot on with the order , was very polite and helpful. Our order didn't all come out together but they followed within a reasonable amount of time. All our milkshakes arrived together and the food followed in two servings. It was reasonably busy. Very clean and the food was lovely. We would revisit. It was a much better experience than I expected and is nice to have local places to take the kids to.

First visit today. Didnt wait to long for a table considering there was 8 of us. Went to order, surprised to only see 1 person at the till taken orders as it was busy. Got told the wait was about 30/40 minutes. The boy taken orders was more interested in what everyone else was taking about which was poor customer services as queue was so long. Sat waiting at the table, it was quite warm in there thought they would have bought drinks out but instead after 40 minutes food arrived. When asked where drinks were got told there was a back log and the will be at table asap. Bit disappointed as should have to go buy drinks from a another shop as everyone was thirsty and 45 minutes for drinks.....really!!

Dont think we'll be returning unless they sort the way staff work �

After my first visit I was very disappointed. Went there as a family of 4. When ordering we were told that waiting time is 30 min - fine by me. After 40 minutes my husbands cake and coffee was brought out. 10 minutes later - that point my husband has already polished his plate - my daughters waffle arrived. Mine and my son's Sundays nowhere to be seen. Went to complain about it - as we came in as a family and would like to eat together - and all I was told was that they are busy and would work on it. You got two stars only because the desserts were nice - once they all appeared. As a customer service ...thumbs down - definitely needs improvement.

Worst place I’ve been to. The owner calling me a liar about how long I had waited for my order. I took my daughter there my waffle came and waited 10 minutes for my daughters milkshake then around 30 minutes for her ice-cream. Twice two waiters came over with orders saying they’re mine when they weren’t. 45 minutes later went and spoke to owner he said it hasn’t been 45 minutes. I said so basically you’re calling me a liar he was like ‘nah nah I’ll bring it too you’ 15 minutes later some waiter came over saying I brought you over your order when he hadn’t. Rude people I don’t recommend this place too anyone. If you can’t cope with the pressure of a business and don’t have people skills then don’t run a place like that!!

When we ordered we was told 45-60 for creps much faster for sundaes and waffles. We placed 5 orders. 4 sundaes and a waffle.. the air con was broke to it must of been over 20 degrees in there.. (I had to leave after 45 mins wait to go up up town for water as it was so hot in there( We waited just over an hour and a half for the Sundaes to come out.. and another 20 mins for the waffle!!!! The scary thing was the place was less that half full! Utter appalling visit. The desserts was actually pretty good when they finally came out too. But how on earth it can take 90 mins to put a few scoops of icecream into a glass lol. Won't be going back that's for sure. It's a shame I have to give as many as 1 stars tbh.. very very badly run!

Went to kasper’s today where I felt the staff were rude. Our waffles were nice and some staff were really trying hard and being lovely but a few individuals were rude whilst others were standing around or walking around looking lost. Nearly had the wrong food brought to our table even after giving our table number at the till and our bueno milkshakes did not taste like bueno, after this we asked for a take away plastic cup for our milkshake which we were told we could have in a minute but it was never brought over so we left them and went home ..... sad as the odd staff member was lovely.

Well this must be the worst service I’ve ever had, ordered a regular chocolate m&m milk shake and they gave me a super peanut m&m shake. What if I was allergic to peanuts? Then to be called a lire saying that it had no peanuts it when it clearly did. Then to be given a regular Oreo shake, this is a-pulling and didn’t even revive an apology discussing 100% will not be going back there

Very disappointing first and last ever visit to this disorganised and unprofessional establishment in sittingbourne. After reading numerous reviews I was hesitant at the thought of even visiting Kaspas but gave it a chance anyway - how wrong I was ! As I waited at least a dozen customers walked out unhappy with the service .

After a 25 minute wait to be seated in the middle of the afternoon when placing my order was told there would be an hour wait for food - even ice cream so promptly left .

Going to “Creams” next time !

Oh where to begin? The floors are sticky, the counters filthy, half the staff are hard working, the other half were stood around doing nothing. We were queuing for nearly and hour to order and THEN had to wait 35 minutes for our take away order of 2 ice creams. We complained to the manager as we were due over at the cinema to watch a film and we were now running late. We were told 3 times that our order was next when that was a lie. The manager told us he had a deal in place so we could take our ice cream into the cinema when that was a blatant lie. On talking to the lovely manager at the cinema she was very annoyed by the lies of the Kaspers ‘manager’.

All in all going for a “quick” ice cream before our film essentially ruined the evening.

However sitting there waiting for our ice cream we did see a few interesting sights, like the staff member who dropped not 1 but 3 cartons of cream into the ice cream machine. That’s cross contamination. Then there was the staff member who dropped several things on the floor before picking them up and putting them back onto the counter without washing them. Seriously avoid going.

Been here 5/6 times since it’s been open, foods always been great (once it eventually comes). As a severely type one diabetic every food company should have a calorie and a carb count on every item they sell. This being so people like myself can adjust my insulin to how much I need to compensate for the food I’m about to eat! The first couple of times I asked the manager for this he replied with “it will be here next time I assure you”. Needless to say, it wasn’t and still hasn’t been there! Guessing insulin units is a very dangerous game, too much or too little and I’m putting my life at risk! It is appalling that such a company hasn’t got the right information! The manager should be ashamed of himself.
