Visted Kaspas tonight very friendly staff and great customer service, Didn't take long for food to arrive and it was amazing food was presented well and tasted great. portion sizes were good and even if you don't finish it all you can box it up and take it home for later. will definitely will be going again.

I was absolutely amazed and blown away by the decor, kindness of staff and the welcoming of the owner!

Everything from food, displays, seating, decor is finished to a high standard throughout!

We will be back next week for a try of many deserts and drinks!

Fantastic, we came for my daughters birthday, nothing was too much trouble and the waiter, Oliver came back with chocolate for the girls as it was a birthday, such a lovely touch-thank you

Fantastic place, puddings was delicious, the place it’s self had very polite people, they were happy to be there, a perfect layout for the place too, definitely going to recommend

Even though it took a while for the food and drinks to arrive, The staff were very good all very polite and welcoming especially staff member Mick who explained the system they use to ensure the whole order comes out at the same time, the portions are huge and very tasty high quality, all 5 of us really enjoyed it and again Mick came along a few times to ensure we were happy with our order. The prices are a little high but worth it when it arrives to your table. It is also fantastic having not been open in Lancaster long they have a discount for the emergency services will definitely recommend this to my friends and family ��

Came to kaspas in Lancaster at the weekend and had a great experience. The food was great and the service was excellent too! I think our server was called Hannah and she couldn’t do enough to help!

Been a couple of times and could not fault the service, food or staff.

Its friendly, welcoming, and great staff. On our latest visit Mick was very pleasant and chatty. There was a mistake with our order but he had it rectified straight away and apologised for it. Would recommend to anyone who likes a sweet treat and will definitely be back again soon :)

Amazing!!! The place is great and all the staff were happy and very polite and helpful. Managers were kind to staff and customers. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

All I can say is WOW, we had the caramel crunch Sunday which was tasty and amazing, my daughter had the bubblelicious and she said it was fantastic and yummy. We will definitely be back again. I've already been told by my daughter that she wants to go there for a birthday treat �

The portion sizes are huge! I've been twice and couldn't finish what I had. Gets a bit expensive when you're paying £6 for a sundae for a child that will never finish that kind of size - could a kids menu be introduced? However, the food is really good and staff have always been 10/10.

Nice portions of food and delicious, lots of teething problems the couple of lady's who sat next to us were served the wrong food and where still waiting for a while me and my friend ordered food and coffee (I was on my lunch break from work) we waited 25 minutes for a coffee! Then another 10 minuites for our food, wouldn't of minded if the staff where. Run off their feet but the staff where stood around for half the time. Shame really! Maybe it's just teething problems of being newly open? Will try again a few months down the line �

Food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely some teething problems with it being newly opened, orders seemed to be going through wrong for a few tables around us as well as our own order not being correct, it was easily fixed though�

Should provide cutlery on tables ready for when order comes, definitely need more staff or some staff that can do there job there was one male mick who was basically running the hole shop seating people as they came in clearing tables and greeting people never seen it so busy and he was doing it all on his own as no other staff where helping just stood at the counter talking to other members of staff

Been 3 times this week with partner and daughter. Each time there's only 3 of us on the table yet still can't eat together. Be good if they could serve a full table at once instead of all the tables in instalments. Waffles, cakes and crepes reasonably priced but ice cream expensive for what it is.

Waited 45 minutes for my take out food. Staff didn’t have a clue except from one guy who seemed very stressed. My food all came out at different times so my waffles are now cold � horrendous. Won’t be doing it again any time soon

Unfortunately my first visit will be my last. Waited 50minutes for food, no customer service i.e advising customers about the delay. Then when mine and my husband's food arrived we started eating as it was already like warm..... but my daughter Sat waiting. After 5 mins I went to ask when the rest would arrive and was advised it was made ages ago, and given to the wrong table!!!!! No manager on site and no real apology.

Staff are questionable. The place is too cold there were people trying to dodge the freezing breeze of the air conditioning. Got crepes which was more like a pancake (too thick) no fork or spoons came with anything no tissue on the table. I decided wanted a coffee after my crepe and was told I had to queue up again even tho my family were all sat down and the queue was long. So I did don’t have it (sale lost) wouldn’t rush back here if I’m honest.

Our 1st and last visit Was very disappointing!! after waiting a while to be seated then once seated to be told we had to order at the till in a very long que again, once ordered we waited about 30 minuets for order to arrive and all 3 orders came out at different times. Cutlery was dirty and service wasn’t very professional! Wen mentioned to staff they wasn’t very helpful or even seemed interested!! Wen your spending nearly £35 on 3 desserts 2 drinks and the service is shocking it’s just not good !!

Awful service took 30 mins for drinks and 50 minutes for food. Hot chocolate fudge sundae wasn't even warm never mind hot crepes were hard. Overpriced too will definately not be going back
