About Kasper Fostering
Not for profit child-focused foster care organisation for children and young people in the South East
Kasper Fostering Description
Kasper Fostering is a not for profit child-focussed foster care organisation. Since 1997 we have provided a high quality independent fostering service for children and young people living in Kent, London and Essex. Read more about us at www. kasperfostering.org.
Child-focussed, family-oriented fostering service
Foster carers are approved registered adults who look after children and young people who cannot live with their own birth families. All kinds of people can become foster carers; they are as unique and diverse as the children and young people they care for. Could you become a foster carer?
Making a positive difference
We care passionately about achieving the best possible outcomes for the children and young people in our care. Our goal is for every child to either return home successfully, experience a permanent placement and /or achieve independent living - whichever is most appropriate. Learn more about our children and young people at www. kasperfostering.org.
Evidence-based fostering practice
Kasper has a strong commitment to evidence-based and partnership working. We are a preferred supplier to a number of Local Authorities, and work with multiple agencies to deliver a wraparound approach that supports foster carers strategically and practically.
Achieving positive outcomes
The entire team - Directors, Foster Carers, Social Workers, Support Teams and Panel Members - is committed to providing long term care and support for children and young people. This quality of service can only be provided by having a dedicated, dynamic and skilled fostering workforce who are well supported and expertly trained.
