Posture, do you only think about it in standing (at your weekly Pilates class 😊)??? What about when you’re sat down, at work, at home, at the theatre or in the car????? Having just spent the last 75 minutes driving, I’ve tuned into mine 🤗 Do you overreach towards your steering wheel? Do you move at all, shoulders, head or arms?... Or do you stay in a fixed position? Or figit if you’ve got sciatica or something similar as you can sit comfortably?
Remember, posture isn’t just for pilates class, it’s for life 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Do you ever sit in stillness? Ever take 5 minutes to just sit and notice your breath, the noises around you?
At my meditation practice this evening, that’s what we did. Sit in silence and stillness and notice.
... Notice our breath Notice the thoughts that come in when we sit in silence
I find that my mind races with thoughts, at least to start and then as I focus on my breath at that moment, the thoughts quieten down, but other thoughts come in then.
It takes practice
To breathe
To observe your breath and be in that moment and to allow your mind to quieten down.
So give it a try this weekend
Find 5 minutes, to just sit and notice

Another day, another ‘person’ in need of pilates to help them move & feel better!!
