Welcome to Kate's Dairy Free Cakes.

The idea behind the creation of Kate's Dairy Free Cakes, was because as a vegan myself, I found that options of dairy free treats out there were so limited, and some were really very disappointing. I've always had a passion for cooking and have quite a creative flair (or so I have been told) and so it made sense to bring the skills together. The result has been scrumptious cakes that are fun and still maintain my desire to use dairy free ingredients.

I always enjoying the surprise people have when they discover that something that is dairy free can still both look fantastic and taste delicious.
And so now I hope to share Kate's Dairy Free Cakes with you all.

Whether you are choosing dairy free due to lactose intolerance, because like me you are a vegan, or simply because you like to be totally sure what lovely ingredients are selected to make your cake, you can trust that you're getting something that is special and lovingly made by someone who really cares.
