End of a busy week in clinic. Over to the endurance athletes this weekend, Good luck to those in Lakeland 100 and 50 events and also those at the Scorcher running festival in Preston

EXTENDED OPENING HOURS from Monday 29th July 2019.
Over the last two years I’ve been training as a Paramedic and working my clinic alongside classroom and clinical placements, today is that last day of that training. As a result of no longer having this commitment and waiting for results and registration to come through, I am excited to announce extended clinic times for the next few months. I will now be offering 26hours of clinic time a week, with over half of these as eve...ning and weekend sessions.
The new clinic times will be Tuesdays - 8:30am until 8pm Wednesdays - 4pm until 8pm Thursdays - 8:30am until 8pm Saturdays - 8:30am until 1pm

Another busy week in clinic getting athletes ready to race this weekend. We currently have athletes running Man V Lakes and have a large contingent who are currently carb loading for tomorrow’s Sport In Action Solway Marathon.
