I have been a Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters since 1999 & now work from home offering probate & estate administration services.

Kathy is a University of London Law graduate and has been a Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters since 1999 and with her husband Paul Pearce established the willwriting and legal services business of Just Inheritance in 2000.

In November 2015 the business of Just Inheritance was transferred to Foresight Estate Planning Ltd of Norwich, allowing Kathy to specialise solely on the administration of estates following bereavement. Kathy can assist the Executors or Next of Kin with all aspects of estate administration, whether or not the deceased left a Will and works on a fixed fee structure depending on the type of estate. This means that the cost is known from the outset - no hourly rate - no percentage of the estate - no VAT. Kathy's aim is to offer a personalised service to the bereaved to bring efficiency to what can be a difficult time . The administration of an estate will usually include:
completion of the inheritance tax account,
obtaining a Grant of Representation ('Probate') where needed,
collecting in assets,
assisting with the valuation and sale of property and chattels,
finalising the deceased's pensions and tax position,
preparing estate accounts and distributing the estate in accordance with the Will or, if there is no Will, the intestacy order.
