2 warm fluffy buttermilk scones, Mini Victoria Sandwich cake. Mini Sticky toffee cupcake. Chocolate mousse slice with pistachio. Mini Coconut, Almond and citrus drizzle cake . £10 per head. Clotted cream and strawberry jam delivered alongside your cake selection. Sandwiches can be delivered as an extra if required. Pm me for details.

What a beautiful Wintery picture outside this morning. On the first day of Spring!!! Baking at Katie B’s goes on regardless of the weather and today there are lots of lovely things happening. From pastel Rainbow cakes to Moana and matching bright floral cupcakes. Afternoon teas with all sorts of goodies also being prepared. May try to fit in a sledging session if the snow keeps falling. Followed by a hot cup of Darjeeling Tea and warm fluffy buttermilk scones. 😋💞🍰

Today has been a busy day preparing cakes for two lovely wedding fairs tomorrow 25th Feb 2018. The Newbury Racecourse will be having their fair from 11-3pm and Donnington Valley Gold Club will also be having their fair from 11-2pm. Katie is amazing at what she does! She made our beautiful wedding cake back in October and it was better than we could imagine! We had a consultation before hand to sample her baking and discuss what ideas we had; Katie is a lovely welcoming person, and it put my mind at rest meeting her that I could trust her in creating our cake. The flavours were amazing and so delicious. It was good that our wedding guests couldn’t eat it all so that we had more to take home with us the next day! Also John was happy he had the whole fruit top tier to himself lol. Thank you again Katie!
