At Katie Bell Physiotherapy & Wellness we are committed and excited to work with people who want to reduce their pain and return to doing the things pain is stopping them from achieving. We also work with people who want to develop their fitness and optimise their health and wellness.
We offer Physiotherapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Pilates, HIIT Pilates.

Ive become a regular visitor to Katie Bell over the last few months for physio and pilates. My therapist, Dilly is brilliant ! She takes the time to work on my problem area and i always leave her feeling better! Thankyou so much Dilly, Your my hero!x

I have used her services on numerous occasions for various conditions from getting on top of my chronic fatigue, neck and back problems as well as attending Pilates classes. I have always experienced 100% professionalism, 100% commitment and incredible results. What Katie has created is a hub of commited professionals that prove time and time again that they can improve your health and wellbeing.

Amazing. It was really inclusive and such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I was very anxious because of limited mobility (knees and ankles). My concerns were addressed immediately and I was so reassured I just let myself trust Katie’s expertise and I left feeling stronger, looser and so positive. 5 stars is not high enough. I recommend this 100%
