... “Good morning We just wanted to say a big thank you for today’s visit from Vickie. Sarah was really friendly and helpful in arranging a quick appointment. Vickie was on time, friendly, excellent at her job making sure the lounge was carefully protected before starting work. It was interesting to see her work and she was happy to answer questions and give advice on the care of our wood burning stove and chimney.
