We visited this salon already twice. Its nightmare to wash my bear (alaskan malamute) and this place does it always professionally! He smells always so lovely and he is so soft that all you wanna do is just cuddle him � we are so happy customers! Thank you and we will see you again xx

Took summer my beagle for pamper pooch session. She's come back looking lovely and smell beautiful

Took my elderly GSD X , they were very helpful and put 2 groomers on her so she wouldn't be standing for long periods as she has severe arthritis, when I picked her up she smelt divine and she was all fluffy and she was one happy hound , highly recommended, thank you will bring her back in 8 weeks x

Took in my collie this afternoon and he came out looking beauitful they did a great job and kept his coat trim and proper certainly using again :) great job

Today was the first time our Springer had been to a groomers. I was a little anxious as she's quite a nervous dog. Bella came out beautifully trimmed and smelling amazing and they reported that she had been absolutely fine. Happy dog and happy owner. Will definitely be back again and would recommend :)

Our first time having Buddy clipped and he looks amazing thank you!! He went in a right mess, matted fur and dreads, came out looking a new dog. Was happy and well looked after too. Highly recommend :)

I have used Katori twice now and have been impressed both times with how my Ollie comes out! He also smells amazing but not over powering � needless to say I booked him straight back in for his next appointment before leaving. Fantastic groomers, lovely polite ladies! Highly recommend.

I have been taking Winston here for a while after he became very anxious going to his previous groomers. He always comes back to me looking amazing and smelling lush. The ladies here do an amazing job and he is always happy and calm when I come to pick him up. Highly recommend. �

I bought my 9 month old cocker spaniel Nala to have her first groom, she doesn’t like being brushed in some places so had a few knots! The girls did exactly what I asked them to do and she came out looking amazing! Thanks girls! We’ll be back soon for another pamper!

First time going to Katori for my 16 month old Newfoundland, am so very pleased with the outcome he looks AMAZING! He had so much coat on him I didn't know what he would look like after but WOW :-) He's a bit of a big baby but Fran, Isabelle, Nadine and all the staff really looked after him and he was so chilled when I picked him up! Great price and love the loyalty card idea will most definitely be taking him here in the future, have no qualms about them or their service.

Brought my retriever Sonny to the salon today for the first time. He's a big baby and quite nervous but I had no reason to worry. He was fine and looks gorgeous. Highly recommend this very professional,friendly and great value groomers. Will be back in the spring.

Bought my very large ungroomed dog due to bad experiences with other grommers and they have worked miracles. Very friendly and make you feel welcome as well as your dog. Barney (the dog) has not been this happy in a very long time we look forward to our next visit :) xx
