We went in to purchase a Halloween costume. The 2 ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made sure that we were 100% happy with our choice by making suggestions and giving us ideas.

Visited Katz today for the first time. Rang up this morning to see if there was 60’s themed bits in the shop, as I’m going to a dog show on Sunday and it’s 60’s themed. Was able to find the finishing pieces I needed for mine and my two dogs fancy dress outfits in the shop!�

Super friendly staff, so helpful and lovely to chat to. I know where I’ll be going in the future if I need bits for fancy dress outfits/costumes for other dog shows. Thanks again ladies! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY & FAB!����

KATZ make all the personalised t shirts, hoodies and bags for my Irish dancing school (Carroll School of Irish Dancing) and they are always fabulous.

I went in there today , I most surprised how reasonable priced things were ,I will be visiting again for my girly granddaughter .the staff were very helpful .

I saw a leotard for sale on a dance website that was exactly what my daughter was looking for but in the wrong size. I messaged Katz and enquirer about having one made but in a larger size. Within a couple of days I had ordered, paid for and received the perfect newspaper print leotard. Very pleased with service and quality. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic costumer service at Katz. Every time I visit the women are always so friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy and that the costumes are of the highest quality. From a dance school that has a limited budget Katz go above and beyond to support and I couldn't be happier to say that they are my main providers of costumes. The costumes themselves are well made and of a high quality. Jacquie who works there is so warm and accommodating! Would recommend to anybody.

Went to return some unused ballet shoes today after buying last Saturday. Lady told me would only give credit note for 6 months and it says that on my till receipt which I wasn't given (only card receipt when purchased) poor attitude with lots of sighing. Did not feel like a valued customer. I may have returned one item but may have bought more if the customer service was better.
