Went there with the mother in law and her two daughters and really enjoyed ourselves. Generous portions of delicious food accompanied by a couple of libations.



Would recommend it as the staff were attentive without being pushy.

We went the brasserie for my daughter's 3rd birthday dinner. The waiters were so friendly and they even had a birthday girl banner on the wall next to our table. The mussels starter was huge and the lamb shank was to die for! To top it off it was an amazing value!

We had a party here last Friday, 30 of us. We were well accommodated, had the place pretty much to ourselves, service was good, food was excellent, definitely recommended ��

We had a fantastic meal on Valentines Night. The food was fantastic, the staff so friendly and beautiful live music. Next time we visit Bournemouth we will be making another visit.

Me and My wife just happened upon this place as we were staying nearby and found it via google . We were greeted with friendly service and given a choice of tables . We were given as much time as we needed to look at menu with no pressure the food arrived promptly as did our drinks . The food was superb I can recommend the bruschetta starter and the sirloin steak main . The steak was a perfect rare as id asked for the chips were fluffy and crispy all in all fantastic food with great service We would certainly eat here again next time we are in the area :)

Kayla team were amazing. They provided a beautiful venue central ro trains taxis and hotels, all the catering (really good pizza) to soak up the cocktails and a DJ who had everyone up dancing. My birthday was completely hassle free I was just able to turn up and party. Thankyou again would thoroughly recommend for a meal and most definitely a party. Thank you!

I love this place! One of my fave places to go. The food is fresh and so goood! � I’ve never had a bad meal here. Tracey is wonderful and very friendly too. She always takes time to chat and find out how we are. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll be in again very soon.

I hired out the function room for a 60th birthday party. Tracy was fab and was more than accommodating with what we needed. Lovely family friendly restaurant. We will be returning! Thank you all very much!

Had a work leaving dinner here last night..We had the private room downstairs .Was a great evening .Food was lovely.Staff attentive and friendly.Could not have asked for better.Would definitely recommend and will be back...

Had a function for my wife's 40th and the food was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we had an amazing time. I will highly recommend this restaurant to anybody

Great venue for a party in Bournemouth. The venue isn't too big that you'll need to invite everyone in order to fill it. We had about 50 or so people for my 40th and that was a good number. They have a downstairs which they can open for numbers up to around 100 people. There is an upstairs gallery where you can put food etc. The venue has a modern classy feel, a world away from your village hall affair. They have a DJ available for hiring too and he can accommodate any type of music. The owners are friendly and are very accommodating. The bar is well stocked and was well staffed. You won't find a better place for a party in Bournemouth that is prepared to close to the public all night. They also have no minimum bar spend like a lot of places. Everyone really enjoyed their night and commented on how good the venue was.

Another gorgeous meal at Kayla. Good value, delicious meal with a lovely atmosphere thank you. Great selection to choose from on the menu, never disappoints when I try something new.

we had a table of 6 booked, we weren't shown to our seats we were pointed out where they were by the bar person.

After almost 10 minutes we had to ask for a menu.

The service was very slow, they did have a big function on downstairs. We felt ignored. Put on more staff!!

Pizza was very dry hardly any sauce.

My burger was awful, it was running in fat which made the bun soggy. It had fallen to pieces where it had been over cooked. I've had better from a road side van.

They gave us a printed bill, but decided to right on the bottom a service charge. They had scribbled out the printed total and written another. We refused to pay the service charge.

We went as we had seen this restaurant on table pouncer with 50% off food.

We had less than 50% service.
