With ten years of massage industry experience, full qualifications gained through ITEC, insurance and membership with CThA and a degree in Psychology; I have been offering varied and successful holistic treatments in many Cotswold hotels, spas and within customers' own homes in the Cheltenham and Gloucester area.

The term holistic comes from the Greek word 'holos' meaning whole, entire or total. Holistic massage holds to the concept that all aspects of people's needs including psychological, physical and social should be taken into account and treated as a whole. All of my treatments therefore aim to treat the part of you that feels drained or damaged by caring for the whole of you, mind and body.

The benefits of holistic treatments can include increased blood flow, freeing up of muscular tension, elimination of harmful toxins and lactic acid build up in the muscle tissues, reduced stress and fatigue and a general increase in relaxation and well being.

I offer a mobile therapy service so can visit you in your own home, please note that petrol charges may be applied for areas outside of Cheltenham and Gloucester. This service is subject to availability.
