Look at this amazing Cane Toad we have just got in! She's beautiful in her own way!

Some of you have met Poppy (Katie's dog), well this is her new little sister Onyx. She has enjoyed her first day so far with Poppy showing her the ropes and has been helping Grandad feed the animals.

We are open as per normal today 11am - 3pm. We apologise for any inconvenience caused with us being closed yesterday but we are sure you are all with us in sending our love and support to those affected by the tragic events.

CLOSED. Unfortunately due to a serious police incident we have had to close the shop. The whole of the City Arcade has been closed and will remain closed throughout the day. Sorry for any inconvenience, we will hopefully be open tomorrow.

Our baby bosc is getting more confident every day. He's definitely a character!

Poppy is helping at the shop today while waiting for her groomer to arrive and give her a pamper. She is being very helpful serving and licking customers

Jeffrey has been returned to us this morning in his casket. We want to thank Heart of England Pet Cremation Service for such a great service. We want to thank all of our customers for their well wishes and support.
However, we are completely disgusted that at this time of mourning, some customers have challenged us and started rumours about the circumstances of his death. Jeffrey was old and passed away peacefully upstairs in his vivarium overnight. He was not dropped and we did not physically kill him and are sickened that people would even start such disgusting rumours.

Today is Kane's Birthday so I decided to put a photo up of his usual smiley face. Happy Birthday Kane, have an awesome day xxx

Today is a very very sad day and we regret to have to inform you all that Jeffrey has passed away. He was a true star who loved cuddles and greeting everyone. He is being cremated and will be back with us again soon. We know a lot of you will really miss him, he came to live with us after being left on the counter for being too aggressive just after we opened and turned out to be the most loving Beardie we have met to date. He was in the newspaper, took part in every educational talk and birthday party we put on and never had enough of people giving him attention.
Thank you Jeffrey for all the amazing times and for helping so many people on their reptile journey over the last 7 years.

It's a bit hot for the king ratsnake (elaphe carinata) today!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The 3 snakes we bought were in excellent condition.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, made purchasing 2 crested geckos very easy and fun.

Thank you to Katie for all her advice about owning a snake. My son has now had his snake for 8 weeks and he’s still completely in love with it! The expertise advice we received from Katie gave me the confidence to allow him at 9 years old to have a snake; thank you!

Thank you so much for looking at my sons bearded dragon yesterday and clipping his nails. My son was full of excitement when he came home. You are doing an amazing job.

Staff and in particular Katie, were extremely helpful in giving advice about sulcatas which I hadn’t bought from there. I am very grateful and it was well worth travelling for an hour to see her.

Brilliant to find an expert who really is. Highly recommended

Rescued a beardy today, took it into the shop where Katie checked him over thankfully. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. She drilled the holes into his new tank and set everything up for me. Gave me so much information and they always answer my questions at silly times of the night. Also their food is the largest around and the cheapest price. Such a great shop!! Thanks again.

Katie and Kane came out to our house yesterday to check the set up of our veiled chameleon. Cannot thank these guys enough. Lovely people and so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. We are regulars in the shop and rate it to be the best reptile shop around. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Excellent

KBN are just the best!!!! Katie and Kane are amazingly knowledgeable about reptiles, as fairly new gecko owners they have helped us out so much, I dont even see it as going to a shop anymore it's like popping in to see friends! Everyone we have come into contact with since going there have been great (big up to Nigel and Tyler too!). Words can't express my gratitude to you all for being so friendly and supportive. It's not just food and set ups we buy from there but the range of decorative items for vivs and gorgeous jewellery too (like today we popped in for 10 minutes and about an hour and a half later I left with bags full of pretty flowers for my leopard gecko's viv and a new necklace!). As long as I have reptiles I will always go to these guys. Can't recommend them all enough ☺️

Fantastic people, fantastic shop - very knowledgeable regarding all things reptilian not to mention Bugs and creepy crawlies - I'm Currently on 7 lizards and counting (& if Kane gets his way - a Boa lol!)



Great boarding facilities too - can fully enjoy myself on holiday knowing my babies are being well looked after

I went into KBN Reptiles today to ask about Bearded Dragons and although I wasn't going to buy one today I walked away from the shop with a wealth of information on both Bearded Dragons as well as some other reptile breeds.



Both members of staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the animals they were speaking of. as well as being really friendly.



Most animal shops have a certain "smell" but KBN Reptiles smelt very clean and the shop was very tidy.

The reptiles and snakes that we seen looked healthy and happy (although the Vampire Craps were a no show :p ).



Even tho I never purchased a Beaded Dragon today the staff informed me of other "easier" lizards that would be more suited to my experience (very beginner). such as the Rankin Dragon.



I will return to KBN Reptiles to purchase everything I will need when I return to purchase.

I take my tortoise here for boarding, they very knowledgeable and helped me immensely

I support adults with additional needs and the staff are always very welcoming and answer any questions they have! I also brought my 1st snake from them 28.12.17 and the advice/help before, during and after was brilliant! Staff genuinely care about the reptiles they have! Can not fault anything about this shop. I highly recommend kbn

I can't thank you guys enough for what you've done for me. You guys are always happy and smiley; you have the best advice to give to anyone about their animals and your selection of animals is the best I've seen; the food is the cheapest around and is always the best quality.

Great staff, great service, awesome bants... cannot recommend enough!

Couldn't of been more helpful if they tried! They have gone out of their way to help with my initial set up issues, never getting annoyed with my constant messages, and they even came out to my house to help me! Nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide!

Came in yesterday while visiting Coventry, really friendly staff with great knowledge. Clearly cared for their animals and took the time to chat about the stock and offer advice.

Brought one of my boys from here (Leopard Gecko) from here a few years ago now. I've been to a fair few different reptile traders around the U.K and I can honestly say that KBN is by far the best for quality. They are friendly and care so much for the reptiles.

Bought my baby rhino ratsnake from here; he is very healthy and SO cute. Everyone at the shop was lovely when I picked him up. Tyler gave me lots of tips about handling and feeding, she even handled him with me to make sure I was comfy. I got helpful care sheets, and Tyler seemed to have faith in me XD She wasn’t patronising at all (trusted that I’d done my research) and I’d go there happily if I was buying my first snake. They also have a beautiful store and if I lived closer I would always be in there! They’re always there to answer questions and reply on here super quickly and late too. Thank you Katie for sending lots of pics and videos and making the payment process so simple.
