KCL Female Lead Society is the official King's society working with The Female Lead! The Female Lead is an influential educational charity with a mission to shine a spotlight on the women who shape our world to inspire people. The charity is dedicated to finding the factors that limit women's choices and fulfilment and amplifies their voices in order to drive change and improve economic outcomes. Keeping in line with the goals of The Female Lead, we will organise online workshops and conferences around feminism, equality of opportunity, overcoming obstacles and more. The themes we will focus on are women in the workplace, mental health, men in feminism, LGBTQI + and intersectional feminism.
