Would just like to say a BIG thankyou to all the stewards last night, the first aiders and the doctor from Hull FC for their rapid response last night when my boyfriends mum fell down the stairs and ended up in hospital.

All the stewards ran over with their jackets to keep her warm because it was pissing down, the first alders did everything to help and the Hull FC doctor was on hand in seconds. Infact everyone was. We're so thankful for all the help we received. Gutted we missed a fantastic game, but we're more so glad at the help we got immediately. From me and the family, we thank you :) x

What can I say, if your looking for a great wedding venue this is the place. We had an absolutely fantastic day. Everything ran like clockwork and the staff were fantastic. Dan and Mo made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you.

Many thanks to the very helpful staff who found my wallet and arranged to post it back to me. (Even though I support Wakefield.) Top marks to all the staff we met on the day for their good cheer and helpfulness despite the torrential rain!

You must be losing a fortune in lost drinks revenue with theses queues to get in. Your not saving on employment costs as each ticket machine was manned by someone. Your certainly lost my few quid on a pint or 2

Been going to the KC since FC moved there, went to last night's game and being on crutches I ask to go through the disabled access. I was let in only to find I had to navigate steps down to my seat on the front row? So I think some of the staff could be more helpful and understanding? I must say once in my seat one of the Stewards, a fairly well built guy with grey hair couldn't do enough while I was struggling. Maybe a few more could take his lead? Been an FC 34 year's and just because I've become less mobile doesn't make me a lesser person

stewards are rubbish there all on a power trip

and would be good in this day and age of you can make card payments before kick off or at half time for food and drink apart from that it's my second home and I love the place .

User

Would be a much better place if the Allams were removed from the establishment so it could be run correctly....

A little club in erm Umberside

A good ground but the catering side is so so poor, At the match you have to leave 5 mins before the end of the 1st half if you want a coffee or a pie, and even then you're lucky if your back in your seat for the 2nd half kick off , even with only 18,500 there & for concerts it's even worse with poor unattractive prices across the board

The away fans bar was bland and the stewards were too heavy handed- they shoved the fan at the end of our row whilst we were celebrating a goal and we all fell like dominoes- injuring a 10- year-old boy in the process. The ladies' toilets smelt disgusting. I won't be making a return trip any time soon.

Make your minds up I thought it was Humberside. Dingles

Nice stadium but trapped in the adjacent car park for nearly an hour afterwards, given I had a 320 mile journey home I was not best pleased

I sit in the South stand and on Friday 13th I went to watch Hull Fc, I was disgusted with the state of the seating area, there were bottles and food wrappers left from the previous weeks game and the row of seats in front of me were covered in bird muck and nobody wanted to sit there, I pointed this out to the marshall who said he would report it but I didn't see any senior marshalls come and look at the state of the place. The public address is still absolutely useless but this has been like it for many years and still, nothing gets done about it. I honestly think the Allams are on a mission to destroy the stadium and Hull City in the next year or so.

Families who bought tickets together split up as put in different stands! It's unreserved seating both stands poor display by hull stewards We had a 8 yr old kid crying at the turnstiles because he went in then they tried to send his parents elsewhere!!
