A very common phrase said to me by people I work with. When you attend pregnancy relaxation, a birth preparation course or hire me as your birth doula you get access to relaxing birth meditations and hypnobirthing tracks recorded by me. Listening to these tracks regularly help you to bond with baby, reduce anxiety and prepare for your birth.

I am so lucky that one of my birth clients gifted me their birth pool. We tried it out tonight in the Signature Birth Preparation Course at the Pregnancy Emporium. Our couples used it as part of their session around birth positions and were able to climb in and try it out!

What does on call mean as a doula?

This is my calm and contented face after I’ve attended a birth as a doula. Knowing that my clients and their baby are safe, happy and feeling positive is when I leave after a birth. Watching my clients birth brings over me a sense of peace and calm and I always know this is exactly where I’m meant to be. This work is absolutely my calling and I’m so fortunate to support each and every one of you.
