Mercinary & Uncaring Company!!!

First started to use Kelly's self storage in Guildford a few years ago. It is without question one of the biggest regrets that I have in life. Having already paid them over 7k in roughly 2years I regretfully fell into financial difficulty. Having still tried to maintain some form payment with them, their demands became more and more unsympathetic. Having paid them nearly a thousand pounds in the summer of 2017, as soon as no payment was received during the first week in September 2017 my goods have been sold. They decided to tell me this by the way via a voicemail left at the close of business hours on a Friday after they'd sold them. Not only that but during the period of my arrears they would not allow me to access my goods to try and reduce down to a smaller pod. The head of accounts is a woman called Elaine Richardson who ultimately makes the final decision on whether or not she will grant you a time extension or not. If she can't get hold of you because you are working abroad she will just sell your goods, your life possessions regardless. BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS ONLY INTERESTED IN YOU WHILST YOU ARE ABLE TO PAY THEM ON TIME. THE MOMENT YOU CANT THEY WILL AND DO SELL YOUR GOODS! FRANKLY APPALLING!!! ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY NOT THE PROBLEMS LIFE THROWS AT YOU. Please do take into consideration I have paid them nearly 8k in roughly 2 years and they still sold my goods. Look elsewhere if I were you, otherwise next time it will probably be you!!!

Yet Again Kelly's come out tops. They have helped us move around Surrey the last few years on several occasions. Today was another one of those occasions. Nothing is every a hassle. Extremely professional. From sales to delivery. This company is fantastic. Very personal service which is really lacking in other brands nowadays. Use them you won't regret it!

Took payment out my account for an extra half container. Without sending the email to correct email address even though I got all other emails. Allowed me to get an extra bank charge without sorting the first issue out. Then continued to send me text messages and emails saying my items will be sold within 7 days. I explained will pay once resolve these issues. Very upset asking for my items to go to another storage company only interested in there 5.99 a week and selling your items. Not there to help you Mathew G.

I have used Kellys on numerous occasions. The process from start to finish is seamless and superb. Not being the easiest of customers at times with having to change timings/dates etc at the last minute but this was dealt with in a professional manner.

The staff are so helpful and speak about the company with passion. They always seem to go that extra mile!

Having moved to Devon (and in need of storage) I am going to struggle to find a company that compares. Kellys.....please open a branch in Exeter!!!

I had the most fantastic service from this company. From my first inquiry to the return of my storage three months later, everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Kelly's Storage to anyone. The best part is that you don't have to take your stuff anywhere, they bring the storage unit to you!

I had used Kellys 4 times over the past 6 years. Never again after my most recent experience with them. I had to move to items to a different storage facility after 3 months.
