Says they open at 8:00 for appointments yet the phone line has been off for quarter of an hour. Shouldn't have to call literally 30 times for an appointment.

Always helpful, friendly and willing to help as best they can. I have lived in the village for over ten years and never had a problem. Of course getting an appointment is hard, but we all have to remember we are not the only ones who are sick in the village!!!!
Never been let down and think the staff are lovely.
