A series of classes taught by world champion instructor Sinead Byrne. Everyone is always welcome to come along and give the classes a try.

Monday - GL1 Leisure Centre, Gloucester
6pm to 7pm

Tuesday - The Old School Rooms, Stoke Gifford, Bristol
6pm to 7pm

Saturday - Montpellier Hall, Gloucester
11am to 12pm
