Easy car rental, prefect for folks living near king George's park

Very cheap for week long rentals, but customer service is pretty poor, with a lot of the staff not really knowing what their talking about.

Depends on staff. Can be slow at times. But they work on Sundays and you can return the van after work and just drop rhe key in the box. Very handy.

I've been hiring with Kendalls for years, always found their staff helpful and decent cars, vans and minibuses.

Average. I asked for a number plate confirmation to book a ferry. Different number plate and type of van as requested. I was left feeling as if it was my fault. Also they take 500 deposit instead of blocking 500 and take 5 working days to give it back.

Lastly my quote was different on phone to when I turned up. Average as stated. But all hire companies are awful. Time for someone to do it properly in my view.

Friendly staff and easy to deal with. Always takes so much longer to hire a car in the UK than it does anywhere else so plan some exta time for all the forms if it's your first time hiring a car

Terrible car rental company with horrible customer service. When I made the booking the person was swearing and sounded drunk. He was also making fun of me because of where I am from, it was borderline racist. I speak English perfectly and have an MBA. It was totally unacceptable so I rented from Enterprise on Durnsford Road instead.

Very good quality/prize offer. The cars are in good condition and the staff is very understanding.

Cheap and cheerful. Check you get your deposit back, if they find a fault they charge without consulting you.

Friendly service, decent vehicles, flexible return arrangements, budget prices - five stars. Will definitely use them again.

Good and helpful staff. Though we couldn't get the car we were looking for, however they really tried hard to swap bookings and see if anything can be done. Five stars.
