Pleased with this company. Rented a Mini here and drove it all around UK. Car was clean and performed well, rental process was relatively painless, and it was inexpensive.

Very polite and helpful staff, very reasonable rates, good selection, convenient location and 24hr drop off.

Rent really good cars cheaply ! The location of their offices are a bit out of the way and if you don't book quite quickly then they often run out of cars but the process is quick and easy

Possibly the worst experience I have received hiring a vehicle. From start to finish Kendall's Wimbledon customer service was a joke. Even when the vehicle was returned twelve hours early using the gate code and key safe, the company had the temerity to leave a voicemail demanding where the vehicle was and threatening me with additional charges and that the insurance was now void as well as having a customer waiting for the vehicle even though the vehicle was within their premises and keys in the safe. I contacted the Company regarding the situation and they were extremely disparaging regarding the events. The staff are openly rude and extremely unprofessional as well as argumentative towards the customers.

Rented an LWB Transit van. Straightforward rental & return of van. Deposit returned next-day without quibble, but I had to call up and confirm this had been done, there's no confirmation from them that they're returning it.

Online booking process is easy, but their policy is ridiculous; you still need to call them to confirm availability of van on the day. Defeats the purpose of having online booking at all. 2 stars taken off due to this.

You get a code which you can use to access the parking lot even after-hours, which is really convenient.

Had a horrific customer service experience with the Wimbledon branch today. Staff member was openly hostile and rude, to the point where found myself being yelled at. In the end it was so bad I simply cancelled the rental.
