Kenley Autojumble - Sunday 7th October. After a very soggy Saturday we thought the worst. Pessimistic lot we were, it turned out to be a beautiful dry sunny day. Lots of people came and enjoyed the sunshine and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of bargains were seen changing hands, many going back to their vehicles to lighten the load and start again. That's what we like to see. Their was added interest with our Aero Jumble offering even more variety of goodies on offer. Here is a little sample of what was available.

Weather is looking promising, whi ch is always a bonus, Fancy a ride on your classic bike or a drive in your classic car, we will try and get you privileged inside parking. Come and see the bargains, enjoy a bite to eat at Tastie Toasties or something a bit stronger in the Portcullis Club. We look forward to seeing you there.

Kenley Autojumble - Sunday 19th August. Another great day. Weather was kind to us and we had a great turn out of traders selling all those much needed things. We were lucky to share the event with the RAFA "Hardest Day" memorial which had the added bonus of a flyby of vintage plans, Three runs over the airfield at low altitude. It was a rare thing to see and appreciated by many. It was delayed by 2 hours due to low cloud at take off but worth waiting for and gave everyone time to browse the stalls and fuel up with tea/coffee, burgers and ice cream. Kenley Autojumble - Sunday 19th August. Its a special day at the Kenley Airfield on Sunday. They are celebrating and remembering The Hardest Day at the airfield during WW2. There are memorials going on locally and on the airfield and a special "Fly By" is expected around 12.30pm

Kenley's joint Aero & Autojumble event on Sunday had a good turn out of Aero traders selling a variety of goods from books, models, magazines, plane parts and memorabilia. Here are a few of the traders that came.

Wow, what a wonderful day. Sundays Aero & Autojumble was graced with blistering heat and sunshine all day. Not something we see very often. Thank you to everyone who came and made the most of the day. There was 2 fields of traders and many happy visitors with those much needed bargains. Today started off very wet and stayed wet for most of the day. Shame but it made a lot of traders and public run for cover. Disappointing, but we can't guarantee the weather. We had some hardened autojumblers, traders and bikers arrive to see what was on offer today. Some bargains to be had but umbrellas, crash helmets and waterproofs needed. A few lucky traders got to set up in the new marquee/outside bar under cover and refreshments served with a smile from Tasty Toasties. Here are a few pics of the brave..... Roll on summer
