A friend and former colleague Chris, is heading to Ghana to work with Vision Aid Overseas.
The majority of the country has no access to opticians and therefore the amount of avoidable vision loss is staggeringly high ☹️
£1 donation would allow them to test a patient and supply specs if needed. A little goes a long way!
... In store we do have a charity box where any of your unwanted specs can be sent and recycle in countries like Chris is visiting!

Kennet is away on Holiday from the 18th August .He will be back in the practice Tuesday 28th August after the Bank Holiday. The Practice will be open , and we are sight testing as normal but lead times on spectacles will be longer than usual. Thank you

What are Cataracts? A question lots of people ask .
You get a cataract when the clear lens inside your eye becomes cloudy or misty .This is a gradual process that usually happens as we get older , and it doesn't hurt.
