What a lovely fantastic place this is staff could do nothing but help us as soon as we arrived to Kensington sorted our taxis out told us what places to go the lot! Clean tidy and a lot better than What we expected on arrival. Stopped in one of these apartments lastnight for my birthday couldn't think of a better place to stop. Even gave us milk and cereal and jams. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for the lovely stay you guys have made our stay more welcoming you's are Doing a fantastic job! 😊

We had a lovely experience, the staff was so kind and helpful. The apartment was amazing we was actually gutted we only stopped one night! We would defiantly return!!!

Stayed here last year, lovely staff, excellent place to stay! They stock your fridge up with Croissants and milk too. Wifi, Sky+, sports channels, the works. Includes a parking space too outside! Very nice! Just booked to stay again!

Stayed here for a night during the week and we were so pleased with the accommodation! We were greeted by lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable! Our apartment was a lot bigger than we expected! It was nice and modern and clean. The location is great too, just a 2 min taxi ride into Newcastle city centre :) thanks for a lovely stay!

Stayed at Kensington House for a hen party this weekend. The apartments are fantastic, the people on reception are really helpful and the location is great. Second stay and we are already planning our return.

Great place to stay. Like a hotel but with your own space. Good location, city centre within walking distance or Metro just round corner.

Great apartments, clean, quiet and central location! Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Will defiantly be booking to stay another time!

Excellent service, great accommodation for myself & partner & two children on the Autistic spectrum! Staff couldn't do enough for us. Most definitely will stay again very soon!

Everything about our stay was fabulous, the apartments are amazing and so well equipped - the staff were great, parking was so convenient, the bathroom was lovely too, great shower. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped and it was such a great touch providing croissants, cereals, milk tea and coffee.



Only two minor things I'd improve

1. A bigger shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on.

2. The mugs in the kitchen are tricky to hold.



Otherwise would highly recommend everything.

The 1mb connection (of which you only get one for an apartment for four) was not what you expect in 2015.
