Had an appointment booked which I had to cancel due to my child being ill from school that day. Did not feel it appropriate to leave my sick child so I could go for a massage. Called at 9am, the earliest possible time. The guy I spoke to was incredibly rude!! Asking why I couldnt give earlier notice, how his manager will be unhappy and how much of an unconvenience my cancellation is then he put the phone down on me! unless you have a crystal ball to know for 100% certain you can make the appointment don't bother. Rude, unprofessional, zero customer service

I would have rated 5* as I was really enjoying my massage and felt relaxed.....but when I was asked if my recent (life changing) surgery scars were from bariatric surgery I was left mortified and humiliated. I had booked the massage as part of my recovery plan and now feel like I should be ashamed of my scars..... not the best experience at all.

The lady scratched my neck with her nails and did not bother to say sorry
My appointment was at 9:30. I went 10 minutes early. They let me in after 10 minutes. It was an hour service. She completed in 40 minutes. When I asked she said she has been extremely busy with back to back appointment. She left me in the middle to pick up a conversation with another customer for 10 minutes in between. She later complained to me thAt that customer was a old lady who was knocking with no respect. After the massage was over I went to the counter explaining it for a reduction due to all these distractions and poor service. Unfortunately I had cash in hand. That guy pulled the cash from my hand while I was talking. Very rude!! I did not speak a word. Just walked off the place!!! Disgraceful

I've been using this place for over a year. I suffer with chronic back pain as well as other ailments. I've found the treatment to be effective and invigorating and a real help in my daily life.

The service has always been professional and friendly. We discuss medical matters regularly and find the advice to be accurate and trustful.

They are very flexible and understanding about rescheduling bookings around busy schedules.

I've been having a full body massage with steam bath for a year+ now (3 times a month). Sunny the owner is a consummate professional and I cant say enough good things about the wonderful massage I receive each time. He listens carefully and changes the treatment each time to target the areas (like hands and ankles) that I ask to be focused on. Thank you Sunny, my body feels terrific after each treatment!

Never ever ever go to this place through groupon because they dont give you what you ask for . you get a cheaper version and the bloke that does it needs to LEARN how to massage . ive come out in more pain than what i went in with because of how hard and rough the idiot was doing it.
Ive now come out in a few bruises because of it. They wasted time playing on his phone before it started
They dont change the towels
They can just about speak english

I booked my appointment with them for full body massage on September 11th they rang me 1-2 hours before my treatment and cancelled my appointment because the lady was going to do the treatment was very sick and i was going to holiday in cupel days so they booked me again for 30th oct and sent me a message to confirm my appointment ! he said to me on the phone because it isn't your fault and its long way for you to wait for your appointment he will take care of me and will remind me by close time ! obviously i was sure he will remind me so i forgot it and it was today ! they rang me 20 minutes after my appointment and he said you miss your appointment he talk very bad and keep saying me we cant do any thing!! He didn't let me to talk and finally when i find a space to talk i try to explain him that you said you will remind me by close time , he ignore me and said no i didn't said that finally i just cut the phone because he didn't listen at me and i was wasting my time ! I don't think so they are professional he was very angry person ! I bought this offer from group on and will make complain tomorrow hopefully they can return my money back i don't want to go to they clinic either ever ! Not recommended to anyone

Went here after purchasing on Groupon but their standard pricing is also very competitive. Whilst the décor may not be to your taste, it cant be denied that this place has authentic and enjoyable massages. I recommend the body sauna and full body massage.
