As you can see from the photographs of the machine stores, all of the Factory Refurbished machines that we previously had in stock have been sold. There are a couple of machines in the workshop at the moment that the engineers are working on and we are expecting a couple more in the New Year. If you are interested in a Factory Refurbished machine next year then please let me know your ideal machine size and the maximum material that you need to cut and I will keep your details in the file and let you know when suitable machines are coming through the workshop. Our soldier is on the move. He headed over to Swift Security Products where he has been cleaned up, galvanised and powder coated. He has now found his new home at St Cuthbert's High School in Rochdale.

As you can see the factory refurbished machines photographed a few months ago have now nearly all gone! All that remains is a MAXI 5500 multi-head oxy-fuel cutting machine. For those of you looking for an additional machine on a reasonably quick lead time then we have just finished building a new RUR2500p for stock. This could be supplied with a 150amp, 275amp or 400amp plasma cutting system.

The Kerf demonstration RUR 2500p high definition UltraSharp plasma cutting machine is now being made available for sale. It is approximately six months old and only been used for occasional cutting trials and demonstrations. As such it is in an as new condition!
The machine is fitted with the latest BURNY 10LCD control system, INOVA electronic torch height control and is fitted with a Lincoln Electric Spirit II 275amp high definition plasma cutting system. The machine curren...tly has a cutting area of 4m x 2m. The machine could be supplied with a longer cutting table if that is preferable for your application.
We have used the machine to cut samples in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and assorted wear plate.
The machine which has been pampered and polished on a regular basis will be available for delivery and installation in around six to eight weeks.

New cut samples cut on the Plasmaster 3015HD with the latest Lincoln Electric Flexcut 200amp Fineline plasma system. They look pretty decent to us !

Factory refurbished RUR2000p high definition plasma cutting machine This high speed plasma cutting machine would be a great addition to any workshop. It has a small footprint but packs a huge punch with its 275 amp Spirit plasma unit. With our own demonstration machine we have cut from 1mm right the way through to 50mm thick Hardox (using an edge start). The photographs of the samples shown have all been cut with our Lincoln Electric Spirit 275amp plasma unit. The RUR machine (which is four years old) is fitted with a BURNY 10 LCD control system, INOVA electronic torch height control, 3m x 1.5 m Kemper fume extraction cutting tables. It has been fully refurbished and is being offered as a complete turnkey package together with a Kerf warranty. Large format MAXI 5500 oxy-fuel cutting machine ! This has just been completely refurbished and is now ready for delivery and installation. The machine is fitted with five cutting heads and has a cut area of 10,000mm x 5,000mm. It is fitted with a Burny 10 controller.
