Hands up if you love carrot cake? ūüôč‚Äć‚ôÄÔłŹ This large 6,9,12" cake had about 2.5kg of carrots in it as well as 4.5kg of cream cheese flavoured buttercream! I dressed the cake with fresh fruit and pretty flowers provided by Lucy Walker Flowers

The weather permitted Nick & Rebekah's cake to be set up outside in the gorgeous courtyard at Rushton Hall yesterday.
They chose strawberry & prosecco, lemon & elderflower, Earl Grey and carrot cake for their guests to enjoy. Earl Grey was a new flavour for me but I'm always happy accommodate special requests where possible.
