I recently purchased a pair of Hanwag Tatra boots from the store which fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable.
I found the staff very friendly and knowledgable there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase and I was allowed as much time as I required.
If you want a good quality pair of walking boots this is the place to go.

Having first bought some boots from another well know purveyor of outdoor equipment, that had to go back, I needed some others as I was going walking with a friend the same day. These guys were fantastic, sorted me out in less than 20 minutes. They know the kit they sell well, and their prices are below average for keswick. And when I went back for some volume reducing soles, they gave me the FOC! Strongly recommend these guys!

This is not the place to go for a pair of cheap casual walking shoes used for an hour or so. If you want properly fitted for shoes/boots you can wear out on the fells all day, then I'd happily recommend here. They are knowledgeable and sorted me out with a great pair of Salewa boots that feel like a second skin
