It is nearly time for the return of Pirate Day to Keswick Market. Saturday 25th May. Lets get as many kids and adults dressed up as possible. Spread the word, share, share share. get the word out.

This Thursday is the launch Day for the Keswick Jazz and Blues Festival. The Festival runs all weekend. It starts with the Launch from the Market at around 10.am on Thursday 9th. Come along and join in with the fantastic atmosphere. A great event.

I would like to thank all the people involved in the pavement levelling work in Keswick Market Square Over the last few months. All on the Market feared major disruption to trade during the work. Thanks to all the hard work and skill of all the team, Peter,Oscar, Ian, David, and Phil. It has had minimum impact. Thanks to all of you from everyone at Geraud and all the Traders.

It is a whole year since Kev Roberts joined Keswick Market. Kev’s Hardwear is looking really great. Kev would like to thank all his customers for their custom over his first year trading and we would like to thank Kev for being a great addition to our brilliant Market. It also 12 months since Jennifer‘s Homefoods joined us, more on that next week.

Really sorry,but we have had to cancel Keswick Market today. We did try,but the weather is just too bad. Looks better for next week. So come along and support all our fantastic Trader, especially in these tough times.

Sorry but due to the last part of the storm, there will be no Market today. Health and safety has to come first.
