wish we had read previous comments before using this company. they do not know the meaning of customer service, or consumer rights. returned faulty product to be told we must have broken it, they do not give refunds they don't make enough profit for that. downright unhelpful bordering on unpleasant, if you persue the matter they hang up. buyer beware.

Dishonest People - they advertise 2 years warranty on pumps on Ebay without any further conditions - I just had a pump fail after 18 months and they wont talk to me - the guy put the phone down on me when asking to speak to the owner.
Their description of the warranty in my view is deliberately misleading the customer.
Avoid at all costs if you want any after sales service.
