The greatest achievement in life is overcoming adversity, lack of confidence and our most deep routed fears. Often this path leads to the most incredible results none of us knew were possible.

I’m Kevin Basham, an entrepreneur who’s co-founded a 7 figure recycling business from the ground up. I managed to do this with no money, little experience and making lots of mistakes along the way. Growing up I had little confidence; not even realizing all this was possible. Business has completely changed my life for the better and for that I’m truly grateful.

My vision is now the help the next generation of up and coming entrepreneurs and business leaders; to tell my story so that others can believe anything IS really possible. Running two businesses keeps me sharp, grounded and in a brilliant place to share my journey, thoughts and experiences with you.

What do I do?

My main business is Plastic Expert, one of the UKs fastest growing recycling companies. I also founded KOMPAKT, a business focused on cutting waste costs for UK businesses. I started both of these companies from scratch, no financing, just blood sweat and tears!

I’m also a business coach; I help existing companies with things like marketing, sales, digital presence. My real area of expertise is helping traditional type businesses operate in a 2016 world. I’m proud to walk the walk and not just ‘talk the talk’. I know what it’s like to run a business, I’ve done it and through lots of trial and error have done it successfully. Use my hindsight as your foresight.
