For longevity we manufacture our Helios 7.5 tonne horsebox ramps in stainless steel. We also use stainless steel for the hinges, rear frame, horse safety cell, partitions and horse doors.

We’re currently on our third box from Kevin and can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. Our horses are too big to fit in a standard-sized lorry at 17.3hh and 18.3hh so being able to build not only one but two boxes around them has been a godsend.

We purchased our second KPH lorry towards the end of last year; downsizing from our KPH 7.5t to a 4.5t Weekender. We did the usual look-round at other firms but soon found ourselves back with Kevin - simply, no other manufacturer can match build quality & safety details from the most important horse area, spacious locker storage through to the living area. We are absolutely thrilled with our lorry - we love the extra details: the 'stable' door at the back (we can keep the bottom half closed to keep the dog in!), extra windows plus the double ramp. EVERYTHING has been made easier; it's also fantastic to drive! Just love my chocolate "Highland Pony" box! Thank you Kevin & team :)

We ordered a 4.5 tonne weekender from Kevin as the design and specification of his horseboxes outweigh all others that we saw. We wanted to add a few extra ideas into the box mid build, although they weren't even on his list of extras he was more than happy to add them in. His pride in the boxes was evident throughout and I can honestly say it is the box we had always dreamed of. We've been out in it a few times now and it is so easy to use, being able to load/unload alone. It feels really safe and sturdy on the road, even with the recent ice/winds and the suspension keeps it really smooth over the biggest of potholes! You don't appreciate how many clever aspects are built into the horsebox until you're using it, I'd highly recommend anyone looking to use KPH!

This was a long standing dream come true to own a stunning Aeos 4.5t Hybrid. Kevin, Janet and Russell are very professional, patient and helpful throughout the process, happy to answer any queries and will ensure you get your dream horsebox. They offer a huge choice of finishes for inside and out and extras too, though many items come as standard.

The safety features, build quality and standard of finish are excellent and ensure a smooth safe drive with your precious equines on board.

Police Scotland Mounted Unit purchased a 4 horse 18T and a 6 horse 26T from Kevin in 2016. We now rely on these lorries to transport our horses to operations all over scotland. Lovely to drive, reliable and practical.

Just had an absolutely amazing 4.5 ton AEOS hybrid new horsebox built by Kevin and the team, with a fantastic 1.7 tons of payload and great extras that we needed. The build qualify, safety, design features and finish is completely outstanding and just what we need for our large horses, the biggest of which is 17.3 hh. Service has been wonderful from start to finish, every question and request dealt with courteously and promptly and the box finished right on time at the agreed date. I am absolutely delighted with my new Helios! For a small box, it is extremely spacious, beautifully designed and very well thought out. I used my Aeos hybrid for the first time last week and I love it. It doesn't take long to get used to driving a large vehicle and after the first slightly nerve racking couple of miles, I think it is nicer to drive than my car.

Interestingly, my horse took a while to get used to the new way of travelling, but he is perfectly happy now and I forgot to put his tail bandage on for the last 4 hour journey along motorways, lanes and even the Woodhead pass, and he had not rubbed up his tail at all. I can see in the camera that he loves looking out of the window as we go along.

The build quality is far higher than anything else I have seen and it is a simply beautiful box that is attracting compliments from even non horsey people.

I cannot wait to try living in it for a couple of days on a clinic.

I cannot thank this company enough after they totally transformed my vehicle which had originally been started by another company (which went into liquidation) They were extremely professional, provided weekly photographic updates over email, and just made me feel very settled during the whole build. After being burned once, I was a little apprehensive but I am blown away by my gorgeous new Box! I had the Q.V. which is their more basic model... although it’s not that basic. Having opted for them to re cover my seats too, I am in love with my new wheels! Thanks to your team, we now have our independence �

I became the proud owner of my first KPH Aeos Weekender a couple of weeks ago. When I was researching 3.5- 4.5 T horse boxes two years ago, KPH was top of the list but sadly my budget didn't quite stretch at the time. I am still pinching myself that I now have the Weekender. Kevin and his team know this business well, their experience really shows through in every contact - customer care is top of their list, and the quality of the build really is 5 star. The KPH offers quality, style and most of all safety. I've been out and about already and every time feel more amazed at the quality of drive and how easy it is to use. My compact 15.3 ex-racer went straight in no problem and he likes the air suspension smooth ride - he looks rather tiny when loaded into the box as it really is spacious and equipped to take even the larger 18 hh horse. Its great to know the extra payload will allow for another equine passenger if required too. Another advantage of buying KPH is that Kevin is easily contactable if you have any queries, so you have support there if needed. Janet and the team at KPH were most welcoming when we came to pick up the vehicle, spending time showing us all the operating procedures so we were fully confident before we drove back home on the motorway. I absolutely love my Aeos. I used to worry about taking my old lorry on long drives and get stressed. 2 hours yesterday in horrid conditions and it was so easy to drive and The horse travelled brilliantly in very windy weather. The worse thing... it’s now dirty from all the road splash and needs cleaning!

Fantastic quality, workmanship, reliability, service and after care. I’ve had my Aeos 4.5t for over 2 years now and it still looks as good as the day I picked it up. Can’t recommend Kevin, Janet and their team enough. You won’t be disappointed!!

Brilliant service from Kevin, Janet and the team. Fantastic attention to detail in the Aeos 4.5t. Compact but with everything you need. I wanted to load on the drivers side, so the solution a ramp on each side. Loved having the weekly photos during the build process. A great experience from start to finish.

After a lot of research into finding the perfect box value for money, gadgets that make your live eaiser and most importantly safety and quality for my ginger boys I made the decision to purchase a KPH 4.5 Aeos. Kevin and the team Russell & Janet have been very patient and understanding when trying to choose colours etc. I found the standard weekend build just what we needed with only one small tweak to house the motor bike ! Which Russell found an anchoring solution for. We picked the box up last week and loaded the motorbike into the back he travelled really well no stamping about and loaded first time !. Thank you KPH for building and delivering what you said you would, this is a once in a lifetime purchase for me and both myself and the horses love it . One very happy customer 😁
