Totally awesome as per usual que went down really quick and still got a seat

The staff are very helpful and friendly but, some other customers are rude and arrogant taking a chair in front of me a 17th years old young lady and her mother tried to have a go with me saying fuck off when I am saying that the staff reserved another chair for me before my 3 childrens turned up. The staff done her very good job to tell them off and I am pleased that she does care customers who get bullied by other customers otherwise I have to call the police.

Staff was helpful food was amazing compared to cole ave in gloucester

It was nice and hot busy alot of people were in there seeing they were doing the place out painting etc not many seats

Friendly staff, good service and a lovely cool restaurant. Couldn't fault it at all. Definitely go back.

Well we were one of the first in through the doors when KFC re-opened after the re-furb, the food was good and hot, however went to use the loo before leaving and 3 of the toilets had no lock and the 4th had no toilet roll. Surely after paying for a re-furb they could have paid for some locks too!

This has to be the WORST KFC there is in Bristol! (Was an employee, but at Cribbs)



I came into KFC with two elderly people, one of which has a walker. As I stood by the till, I politely asked after we placed our order if it could be brought to our table. I was rudely told no as she was busy, I explained I was not on my own and she told me I had to wait by her till like everyone else.



Once I waited for the order, it was put onto two trays which meant I needed to do two trips, which was fine. However, we needed access to the disabled toilet, so in return to the 2nd tray of food, I asked for the key. I was abruptly told no, the toilets were upstairs. I calmly explained that one person I was with cannot do the stairs, ( I was only calm because I was in my work uniform) but she said no the toilets were upstairs and she had to use them. So I said fine took the food and left.



It upset one of the elderly people I was with, so they ate and left.



Her name was Jolley (I believe)



This is fucking disgraceful

The reality is I love KFC chicken too much for my own good, the rating is this low to get someone's attention regarding the inadequate level of staffing, organisation and service in store. As the only halal branch in the city and being very central it was ofcourse extremely busy with people wanting to break their fasts ... but I really can't begin to understand how a fast food chain of this size and reputation can allow people to be waiting 20-30 minutes in line to be served and then for many options from the menu to be finished . Eventually I was served and was grateful as it had now passed closing time ! However being in the line for over half an hour was far from fun and there was no apology or speed once I reached the counter . The poor staff are clearly overworked and no one seems to be in control especially with delivery orders coming in and out and the same time

I went today and brought a lunch box meal was disappointed with it as came in a snack box hardly any chips no gravy either which was order ... also earlier today my two daughters tried to get something and was told don’t serve children there 13 and 12 !!!!!!
