Give that Kerri a medal behind the till, no matter how horrid customers were with her when you ran out of sauce she was on the ball giving other options! 10/10

Just recently visited here today the 2nd of July. And outside the building was full of rubbish, the same goes for inside. I have to say although the food is good the disgraceful look of the, restaurant. Isn't. Please get some members of staff to keep a check and keep it clean.Not very happy customer . also waited ages to be served only one member of staff serving. The Reebok Bolton restaurant!!
We didn't receive a .£6.29 meal which we paid for in the drive in. So frustrating. I would like to reimbursed my money.
Visited yesterday around 4.30 pm. Once again was a mess, no clean tables. I had to clean our table so my family could enjoy our meal, and when I asked a member of staff to help he passed me some paper towel and a bottle of D10 spray. I don’t think it’s down to short staff and it wasn’t busy. Just poor management skills.
Looking at previous reviews, it's obvious standards haven't improved. It's a good job I love KFC or I'd have walked out. It was disgusting. There was rubbish and food all over the floor. The tables hadn't been cleared or cleaned. I know you're supposed to clear your own rubbish away but the bins were full. I really don't think they want people to eat in there! It was a complete let down.
On a positive note though, the Krushems machine was finally working after being out of order for months!!
Had to clean our own table. Poor start. Boxes not marked so no one knew whose was whose until you bit into it. Seemed to have not enough staff on and those that were didn't appear the best motivated
All tables were dirty as was the floor. The person taking the order couldn't get any of it right, this is typical of this KFC. We won't be coming again!
Worst experience in a take away place ever. Yes I accept they have a shortage due to deliveries but they didn’t tell us what would be missing from the meal until we were given them. Singer tower burger with no singer sauce? Drinks in 2 cups because there are no big ones, no serviettes. It was freezing inside as well with chicken boxes thrown all over the floor. Really really poor

Went last night before the cinema and 3 bins were overflowing with rubbish and left over food, staff were ignorant and morbid with everyone that gor served, when we seen chips being put on trays the way they threw them on the chip was was empty and the other half of chips went on the floor (you pay for a full bag of chips not half!) then after payin just £3 odd for a mini fillet and bbq bites we waitin over 15mins! Then when we finally got our food the coatin on the bbq bite were shocking and fallin off I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! LEIGH ONE IS FAULTLESS! ���
Toilets were discusting used sanitary pad on top of the bin & stunk the corridor out of strong smelling fish I think the toilets need checking more often
The krushem machine hasn't been working for about 8 months now. Not paying nearly a tenner for a meal when I can't even get the drink that I want with it. Good job Maccies is over the road

Staff coughing in her hands and not washing them before preparing food. And then denied it when questioned. Would not recommend if you value your health
So many times I've been here and they have no chicken left by 9pm!!! What kind of chicken restaurant has no chicken happened again TONIGHT!

Just had to clean our own table whilst the staff sat around in their backsides. Absolutely filthy inside and out. Toilets disgusting too.
It's dirty ,smelled ,under staffed and they ran out of chicken ......how ????? It's ****** Kfc for Gods sake !!!!
