Kfc

There was chicken. This satisfies me as I was there to eat chicken.

Second time I've eaten in there first chips was cold, second visit chips just warm, give me 1 meal instead of 2, by reading all the comments they need to sort themselves out.

Place was not very clean lot of rubbish laying about bins were full

Got there at 22:45, drive closed and main doors locked when they are supposed to be open until 23:00 😡😡😡😡😡.

Food was ok. Restaurant was really DIRTY food everywhere all over the floor nearly every table had crap all over it.

All tables, chairs and floors dirty. I think they should hire a cleaner.

Went in and ordered 2 meals which they got wrong!!

Then was told had to pay extra 10p because of sugar tax ffs....



Place was a tip used boxes all over the tables and barely warm chicken when it did arrive....



Last time I’ll visit Romford shop that’s for sure

I’ve never once been to this kfc and been able to order a normal kfc, the drive through is closed all the time, and we have just been in and discovered they have no cold drinks.

Just turn it back into a burnt down pub, it was a lot better back then!

Heard all the bad reviews,so see for myself,this is the worst KFC in essex.

Rubbish everything,nothing was good

Drive through is very slow, dirty restaurant, very slow service, poor road layout keeps getting blocked by queued drive through lane

Don't really want to rate it as a one. It's filthy! Waited 40 minute for 2 meals once it got it wasn't what I ordered, then waited a futher 15 minutes for the order to be corrected. When I spoke to management about why does it take so long he said "all the small orders go out first". I said "it's 2 meals" his reply was "like I said all small orders go out first!"
