Kfit Body Fitness And Nutrition Description
Metafit is a 30 minute full body using bodyweight only exercises performed in high intensity intervals.
The workouts are varied and suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to fitness fanatics. You will always go at your own pace and have a qualified coach to ensure you are doing the exercises safely and correctly.
If you are looking for burn fat, improve your physique or just feel better in yourself then this is the workout for you! ! ! !
30 minutes of varied HIIT training leaving you no time to get bored but leave feeling accomplished and energised.
I also offer Personal Training from your home or gym and Metafit classes on request.

Quite honestly where do the weeks go???
I feel like I’m always putting the bins out...my life is whizzing away....but I am happy....😊 gotta appreciate all the good things amongst the bullshit 😊😊
... So today I was at a school Mother’s Day thing. Do u ever take a step back and look at disbelief at your life! How am I even old enough to be a mum?!
How am I responsible for a 10 and 7 year old! ? 😂😂 in my head I’m still mid twenties! I love being a mum to my monkeys and my little pug!
Got the best card from my son which made me cry. 😢
Anyway....back to the fitness which keeps me sane....like honestly it keeps me sane...!
So today’s workout was an amazing Metafit which felt great, as I truly love HIIT but just can’t do as many as I’d like and maintain all the gym sessions I like doing without completely overdoing it....
21 minutes of 10 different exercises which worked our bodies in all planes of movement....and the sun was glorious, the sweat was pouring! Loved it.
So proud of my Metafit girls who all performed full press ups and smashed the additional plank at the end. 💥💥

I had to take my eldest boy to a roller hockey match in a far away land....well only Cambridge but it meant I couldn’t teach my normal spin class 😢 but mentally I still needed the workout so I smashed out an awesome full body workout that incorporates all the big lifts but with no rest periods means it is extremely time effective but works up a proper sweat. 💪🏼 @bobbymaximus 10-1 reps Bench press Deadlift... Push ups Pull ups (banded) Back squat
And I always finish with 10 reps on that last round!
I kept the weights low to ensure I don’t stress my body too much as not had a full rest day for over 2 weeks. Look forward to doing it again with more weight tho.
Exercise really is the best therapy.......

Sunday spin was a big calorie burn 💥and as much as I love seeing the calories burnt (especially after a dinner party!) it’s liberating when your training moves towards good movement, increasing strength and fitness over the calories burnt.
In the week I do track my workouts on my I watch just so I can see the length of workouts but I don’t worry about the Cals especially for strength workouts.
I do look at them for Metafit as a measure of intensity but if it’s lower it’s... normally due to doing more strength exercises within the workout. I really enjoy Metafit training. It is hard work but totally worth it. In just 5 weeks I have become fitter and stronger and can now do a burpee! My body is changing shape and I am starting to see results. Karen is a very good trainer and motivates well. If you put in the hard work you will see results. I am looking forward to my next session tomorrow.
HIIT on a Thursday Eve is fab! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to start working out or add a new work out to their current one. You work as hard as you want too using the low or high intensity options. All excersizes are demonstrated and our technique monitored to ensure we are doing exercises correctly and not injuring ourselves. Class is done inside which is perfect in bad weather. It's only £5 and there is a loyalty system in place. This is adequate enough to be my one cardio workout in the week meaning I only have strength to do between classes, however each class is built around using your own body weight to tone as well as cardio to burn fat.
