Went here today with the kids aged 9 and 14 and my boyfriend we got the hour crossover ticket online which was £10 each and meant we could go in both rooms any time we wanted ...you will be asked to watch a 5 minute safety video before you go in so make sure you set time aside for this ....and it was great for us all really enjoyed it was brave enough to go up the little tower and jump off well worth the money and all staff was polite and helpful 👍thinking of booking my boys birthday here he loved it that much 🎉

User

We loved our day, great staff and the kids loved it. Most places we would say 1 hour max stay but not here. Superb mezzanine for a coffee and watching kids as well. We will be backÔøΩ

User

Visited today, very nice experience! A little pricey, but it is a nice, clean place, my son loved it. Kind, polite and helpful staff.

I wish there were some fitness classes available !!

User

Visited Kickair today found the staff all very helpful & informative- took my two boys aged 7 & 16 so brilliant that they both could enjoy - we arrived 1/2 hour early as stated on the website & got our tickets & watched the safety video the girl on the desk told us to have a look about before our time slot so the boys could suss out what to go on first we will definitely be back

User

The two hrs was absolutely fabulous my two sons loved every minute of it...arron the manager made the session enjoyable & went out of his way for my sons to enjoy every minute of it...So five stars goes to this place...

Thank you so much xx

User

The best trampoline/ninja warrior/bouldering/indoor football site Ive been to by far and I've been to quite a few ÔøΩ its huge so even during busy periods you arent waiting around or bumping into anyone and the staff are full of enthusiasm and so helpful. The fee is very reasonable and matches all other of these types of activities, the food is really good value for money too. It gets a giant thumbs up from my team and we will be frequent visitors. Ticks all the boxes.

User

Superb place and non stop entertainment for children all staff very helpful and very well organised. You just have to visit. Had My Sons Birthday party there last week everyone loved it

User

My son celebrated his 8th birthday party today and absolutely loved it. All his friends also enjoyed the party. Our host Danny was very helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you! Ps. Danny don’t forget to post the photo please

User

Just come back from having held my son's party here. Absolutley brilliant afternoon. Service has been brilliant straight from booking the party. We had a super host who couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Sattanyia (sorry if I have spelt it wrong ) you were fab. Would highly recommend ÔøΩ

User

Just been kick air and johno is absolutely fantastic with kid thank you

User

I wanted to say thank you to all the staff that were present during our schools visit this morning. They went the extra mile and then some to ensure our students had the best possible experience.

I am fortunate that I get to be part of our weekly rewards trip, and I want to let you know that today’s visit to you was the most rewarding I have been on. The students asked if they could ‘do this every week’, which speaks volumes.

Please pass our thanks to all the staff that went above and beyond this morning.

User

I came here today with my 3 children who are 11, 5 and 3 and they all loved it. It's so difficult to find something to suit all ages and Kickair does the trick great! Smaller play area, ninja courses, it's a knockout, walls, dart football etc there is so much to do and well worth the money. A free Tango Ice Blast per child was great too as we booked a 2 hour pass. All staff really friendly and helpful too. Can't wait to return. Keep up the good work :)

User

I absolutely love bringing the girls here. Staff are very helpful, friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. There are plenty to do if you are seeking an hour of fun or more if yiu like. Love the fact that this place owns it all: wall climbing, football, trampoline exercise, soft area for little ones, great challenges for all ages and plenty to do. Many things to do for all ages. Every time I go, I notice there is always something new to improve the service and expectation. Love the fact that they increased the choices of eating preferences to arrive at the highest standard of every taste. Compared to other similar trampoline parks around, Kick Air stands out and exceeds all expectations with what they offer. I definitely recommend this place to every family looking for fun time where prices are reasonable. That's why we come here almost every week and the girls always enjoy their time. Well done to all staff who work so hard to make children happy, safe and have fun. You deserve more than 5 stars rating guys, thank you ÔøΩÔøΩ

User

Had our sons birthday party here yesterday. Kids absolutely loved it. Staff were great. Jess our host did a great job with 15 very excited and loud young boys of 8/9 yrs and the owner brother naeem went out of his way to ensure our experience was a good one. Thank you so much. Will defo be booking again and recommending to family. And the staylbridge celtic family will also be coming to have lots of fun.

User

Came yesterday and loved it . We travelled over 30 mins, did our research first n had an idea of where it was.. got straight there no problem, loads of space on carpark. Lady on desk was brilliant, really good value for whats there, i have a 2 year old and a 9 year old and they both had something to do. The staff around the park was happy and helpful, we will defo be coming again soon and we will be recommending you to people 5*

User

Came in Friday to see if I needed to bring anything with me to prove I was a career for my son girl behind the counter was so helpful took me on a tour of the facility so I could see if it would be suitable for my boy as he has autism she answered all my questions very professionally can't wait to bring him tomorrow. Thank you kickair not all places take the time to talk to parents with kids with special needs : )

User

Came for my sons birthday loved it he loved it his friends of 7 loved it too something for everyone will definitely be returning

User

Brilliant set up. Everything spread out so wasnt sweaty like most trampoline parks. Never been to a trampoline park with a play area aswell. My smallest (2) loved it as he could go on most things. Staff was great but could do with more on tills as it was busy to get in but only 2 people serving.

User

Booked a party for a 10yr olds birthday. It was fantastic. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. They organised a big dodgeball game and wipeout which was hilarious. The boys had a brilliant time. A big thanks to Johnno and the rest of the staff for looking after us.

User

Attended a part here yesterday for a 9 year old. My children a 4yrs an 9months. What a fab place something for everyone almost forgot my 28 year old husband who had just as much fun!

User

Absolutely fantastic place!!!

Was our 1st visit today and we will without a doubt be coming back! Every single member of staff are happy n smiling! They are also great with kids I spotted numerous times where staff are very willing and keen to make their playtime an amazing fun 1. The member of staff on the climbing wall today was also really encouraging with the kids when he noticed they were a little scared! The guy on the dart inflatable was fantastic with my boys even though they was kicking the balls at the top and also his head his interaction skills and patience was greatly appreciated. Its nice to see happy helpful genuine staff! The pizza is gorgeous the cheese was loaded on not just dusted on you definitely get your moneys worth! The whole area is immaculate couldn't find a single fault with anything! Its not just for kids either the ninja warrior course had huge grown men rolling round laughing the place is just pure fun! I'd Defo give it 10 out of 10 ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

User

Absolutely fab. The boys had a fantastic birthday. It was worth every penny! Thanks to Matt as well.

User

Absolutely cannot fault the venue or the staff. Fantastic facility. Soft play for my toddler was great as she wasn't bored waiting for the older ones.

Will definitely return

User

Absolutely brilliant, so much to do in one place, my only criticism is that you have to pay for their own socks when we already had grip socks but apart from that I thought it was fantastic and the kids loved it

User

I brought my son here over the last school holidays. The place itself is fantastic and the staff were great however it was VERY under staffed to the point it was a concern. Firstly there was no-one on the cafe counter when we arrived so i wasted about 20mins queuing til they returned. Nobody turned up so i came back later. There was then only 1 girl on the counter and the queue was massive. In the arena the football section was very understaffed. There was nobody to operate the robokeeper until i went to find someone. The member of staff then had to stay on that activity leaving the others unsupervised. The big dart board didnt have a member of staff on it. The children were kicking the ball before others had moved from retrieving the ball after their turn. One little boy was hit in the face by a ball and walked off crying. The children were trying to get the balls off the board with the long pole themselves which is really dangerous in my opinion. They couldnt hold it as it was heavy and very nearly hit other kids with it. This should only be done by a member of staff but again there was no-one available ÔøΩ With more staff the place would be even better :)

User

The setup is amazing but only reason for 3 stars is the booking in process. We booked online and completed the waiver online so knew we would be able to go straight to the main desk. We arrived 20 minutes early to the worst booking in process we have ever seen in one of these parks. Only 2 tills initially open one of which was suppose to be for online bookings but this wasn't visible when joining the queue so it was a free for all at the queues with several people trying to push in. Some people then didn't realise they had to register first and so were then kicking off at the front of the queue holding everyone up. Something as simple as barriers between the queues and clear signage would fix this for everyone, allowing those that have booked online and been to a park like this before to smoothly book in in a timely manner. Shame about this as the stress of that process would make me think twice about returning. However our children, 14 and 11 loved the place!!!! My advice, arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before your slot if you've booked online to avoid this issue. Sort this one process to better manage your peak periods Kickair and it would have been a 5 star review.

User

The activities were great; lots of things to do and the kids loved it. An hour wasn’t enough, so would book 2 sessions if going again. There are a few things that let it down, however: firstly you have to wear their own brand socks, which only come in 4 sizes and are incredibly tight. We were told this was for insurance purposes, but there were absolutely no differences to these socks and the trampolining socks we had all brought with us, apart from having to pay an extra £2 per pair. It was quiet when we visited, but there were only 2 staff manning the check-in desk and food counter between them, so easy to see how this becomes a nightmare during busier times, as mentioned in many of the reviews. There is loads of space between the check-in area and the activity space, yet only 2 benches for people to change into their £2 socks on, and half of the lockers had no wristband attached to the key (wouldn’t like to think where you’re supposed to keep those ones). Once in the activity area, you had to summon a staff member for several of the activities, as they were mostly stood chatting. Finally the tables in the cafe area were filthy, and there was no sign of any of them being cleaned in the 2 hours we were there. Overall, great fun, but a fair few improvements to be made on the overall service.

User

It's actually a decent trampoline park but a couple of their processes are not customer friendly, especially insisting on customers having to wear (and purchase) Kick Air branded socks. The staff couldn't explain why other than that the 'directors' said so. On the website it just says non-slip socks not Kick Air own brand. It just seems like a money spinner unless anyone can explain? Also you have to queue for the wrist band and then queue for ANOTHER wrist band after the briefing, it's not slick and when you have excited children desperate to jump it's very frustrating.

User

I brought my daughter and two of her friends they have thoroughly enjoyed themselves but please state that you have to buy your socks as they had socks from another trampoline place as my daughter and her friends were pulled off for not wearing them. Also please state you need extra time for the safety briefing. Apart from that they have enjoyed themselves.

User

Booked online for the crossover ticket . When we arrived took a while to find our booking and waiver , staff not answering personal mobile phones while serving us would have stopped the delay slightly . You have to purchase their own socks apparantly for "insurance purposes " which I find really strange as other trampoline parks allow you to use socks from competitors . This just seems another way to get extra cash from you. Would also have been good to have been told the walk the walk was out of service before the kids tried to go on it . All in all a good day but improvements can be made .

User

A little disappointed for our first trip to kick air, we arrived at 11.13 and was still stood in the queue at 11.40, there was only one person on the till. It states to arrive half an hour before for safety video, so giving the fact we arrived at 11.13 this should have allowed adequate time. The safety video wasn’t started 11.55 and by the time my children had watched this and then had to queue for yet another wrist band they didn’t hit the trampolines until 12.13, staff was still quick to kick them off 13.00!! So they didn’t even get the full hour. The young girl on the desk was rude and had no time for customers my 8 year old was struggling to get the socks on so i asked for a bigger size to her response “well they should fit him, if you want another pair it’s an extra £1” I looked at her then look at my 4 kids and said “do any one of them look like adults all the other 3 have managed to get there sock on but he is struggling” she kindly slammed a pair down reminding me that next time it will be a £1 dearer!!!! Maybe not being supported with more staff she felt under pressure, but after paying £40 for entry and £8 for socks and not even a full hour play time, I won’t be quick to return!!

User

Really not impressed. I've got a son who has emotional problems and painfully shy. He was with a group of friends. The member of staff that was showing the film closed the red barrier not letting my son in. I saw my son standing without his friends. I went up to the member of staff explaining that my son was with a group of friends. He wouldn't let him in which in turn meant my son panicked and wasn't happy about going in by himself.

I wouldn't mind if the screening room was full but it wasn't.

User

Would not even rate a one to be honest , there is practically no first aid trained person An the protocol for accidents is atrocious , hardly any members of staff watching the sections would not visit again!!

User

Well where do I start, firstly I should point out the equipment was amazing and the staff are actually doing their job on there and shouting instructions to keep the kids safe unlike at other places where they are just comparing backflips or whatever.

However the customer service leaves little to be desired.

We booked a leavers party for our primary school leavers in July. 19 children attended having paid £23 each for unlimited juice and water, pizza, slush and ice cream. The party was supposed to start at 5pm, they told us to be there for 430pm. They didn’t let our 19 kids watch the safety briefing video until 5pm despite them all being there and hanging around while another group went in before us. They therefore got to use all the equipment at 5:10pm. At 5:40pm some of the kids were getting a big thirsty so returned to their VIP party room, no drinks had been put out so parents had to find staff and wait around for jugs of juice and water to be put out. Between 19 children the 4 jugs of juice and 1 jug of water were drained within minutes but were not replaced until parents found staff, again, and asked for refills.

Food was served promptly at 7pm, pizza from dominos and 1 hot dog. Unfortunately they did not announce anything over the speaker so parents had to run around and find the kids to let them know the food was ready.

There was 1 member of staff in the room to distribute these 4 pizzas and make sure one lad got his hotdog. This didn’t end well at all, he literally gave out one slice at a time to each child and despite this some kids got 4 slices, some got 3 and some got 2. One poor lad was in the loo so when his mum eventually found him and got him to the party room there wasn’t a scrap left! Whilst speaking to management to try and sort either a bit of money back or a hotdog or sandwich for this lad a member of staff gave 4 free pass tickets to a couple of parents and told them to pick the 4 most deserving kids to give them to! Actually unbelieveable!!

The manager refused even a small reimbursement for the lad who got no food and certainly wasn’t keen to offer any more food.

Upon the rest of the parents being told about these 4 tickets for the most deserving kids, we asked for more, 19 children had paid £23 each to attend this party, plus a tonne of drinks and food being bought by the parents yet the manager said he could not give any more vouchers out. He later admitted that he had plenty vouchers, he just did not want to give any more out!!! Thinking it was only fair these 4 vouchers were offered to the lad who didn’t get any food, understandably his mum refused them as she wouldn’t be setting foot in there again!

Needless to say the tickets were ripped up, left on the floor and 19 kids will not be returning, not to mention their siblings, friends etc.

A really disappointing end to what could have been such an amazing night.

It is such a shame your crappy management let down what could be such a fantastic venue.

User

We won't be coming again. We arrived 15 minutes late because the sign-posting was so poor and we couldn't find the entrance. When we rang, the man on the phone wasn't much help. By the time we got to the front desk we'd already eaten into our time and didn't fancy waiting for the next slot to have our full time. The man then told us we needed the grip socks, I already have a pair of these from Bounce Trampoline Park and was told that the socks had to be the Kickair ones due to 'health and safety.' The website states that you need grip socks but it doesn't say they have to be the Kickair ones so we had to pay an additional £2 each for these. My Bounce socks actually had more grip than the Kickair ones which was daft but whatever. We stood in a queue to sign the iPad waver which was another 10 minutes. After this we were then greeted by another queue and had to stand and wait to watch the video which we'd already watched. When we finally got on the trampolines we had only 25 mins of the hour left. Not 'kicking' off but it wasn't fab by any means. If you're going to come, take £100 for socks and drinks and come 30 mins early x

User

We arrived & there were rats running about in the car park. When we were seen at reception the staff were rude & 1 of them was VERY RUDE ( no name badge on wears a big bun on top of her head) to a customer who was infront of us, as when she left the staff member said to the other “ wow she was fucking annoying “ infront of my children age 5 & 10! It took forever to get served for a drink & when we were sitting down the table was dirty so I asked the member of staff ( the rude 1 ) who was putting the chairs under the table if she could wipe the table please which her reply was “ go & ask 1 of them over there”! Will NOT be going back!

User

Rubbish staff on the desk, rang and provisionally booked over the phone as the online booking was down, was told they would do it same as the online price and as shown on Facebook only to get there and be told the price was more expensive conveniently. Then told availability was full, and had to wait an extra hour or go home,we already arrived 45 minutes early as we was aware of the silly queuing times! We had also traveled for a hour to the venue for my child’s birthday. (Group of 8)Haven’t got a clue about customer service.

User

Overpriced experience with rude staff. Cost me 45 quid for an hour and the main thing we came for, we weren't allowed to use because aparently we weren't experienced enough. Load of truffle. Avoid like the plague. Would give 0 stars if I could.

User

If you cannot honour deals on groupon, do not attempt to advertise and make what looks like a good deal! I booked for 02/04 and kickair cancelled it without even notifying us! This is such a disgrace, if you cannot honour don’t offer!

User

Not 'kicking' off but it wasn't fab by any means. If you're going to come, take £100 for socks and drinks and come 30 mins early x

Overpriced experience with rude staff. Cost me 45 quid for an hour and the main thing we came for, we weren't allowed to use because aparently we weren't experienced enough. Load of truffle. Avoid like the plague. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If you cannot honour deals on groupon, do not attempt to advertise and make what looks like a good deal! I booked for 02/04 and kickair cancelled it without even notifying us! This is such a disgrace, if you cannot honour don’t offer!
