It is with great regret that Kids Play Bouncy Castles has made the decision that we will be cancelling all OUTDOOR inflatable hires on Saturday 27/4/19 this is due to the Met Weather predicting wind gusts of between 29 and 52 mph. At Kids Play we run our company within the rules set out in the european safety standard BSEN 14960:2013 and rules set out by our insurer. These rules state that Inflatables should not be used when wind or gusts are in excess of wind spee...d force 5 on the Beaumont scale (19-24 MPH). We are sorry for any inconveniences caused but we can not control the weather and as i am sure you appreciate it is your children's and guest's safety which is the main priority for us. We keep our customers informed by phone or message regarding any changes should they happen.

We loved the large super hero soft play and ball pool. Wasn't expecting the bike and bouncy animals but they were an added bonus. Will definitely hire from kids play again, will try one of the bouncy castles when my son is bigger. The team were lovely and helpful while i was running a little behind to let them in the venue.

We hired the ultimate princess package for our daughter's 3rd birthday. She & her guests loved it. Loads to do. Michelle even done candy floss & face painting which went down well.

We hired the paw patrol bouncy castle and matching soft play set, the candy floss machine and a face painter! The whole set up was fantastic, got a call the day before to confirm everything we wanted! The face painter was one of the best I've seen, everyone loved their facepaints! And the candy floss was a big hit with children and adults ��would definitely recommend kids play and 100% use them again! xxx

Fantastic! We hired a pirate activity course bouncy castle for my our sons birthday and it was a big hit with the kids. From start to finish the customer service from the staff was excellent. The booking process was easy, they arrived in plenty of time to set up and when they returned at the end to collect they took down the bouncy castle with no fuss, patiently dodging all of the children who were still running around. Hiring the bouncy castle was the least stressful part of organising the party due to the excellent customer service. Thank you, we will definitely be in touch again!

Excellant service from these guys... i won the paw patrol blow up.. and hired a princess bouncy castle... great communication to thr build up of the party.. and set up early on the day... cant thankyou enough kids loved it. Will defo use again. Xxx
