We go this place every week and me and my little boy loves every minute spent there we also been there for few birthday parties and whole experience is second to none staff is amazing very helpful and friendly the food also lovely so briefly we love it we will keep going back there

My son had his party here. He and his friends had an amazing time. They loved every second and can’t wait to go back. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful even climbing on the frame to get my boy for ice cream. Thanks to Abbie for being so helpful. She couldn’t do enough for us. The party was worth every penny. Had my sons birthday party here last week and it was the most enjoyable and stress free experience! The staff where so friendly and took care of everything for me which was such a load off. They poured the children's drinks and sorted the food which was such a help as i could focus on the birthday boy. I booked a Spiderman and they advised me on the best times for him to come etc. Would definitely recommend a party here to anyone. Thank you Kidz Fantasy Land x

Had my daughters birthday party here on mothers day. From the minute I called to enquire about the party the staff were lovely. Very helpful and nothing was a problem. All the parents commented on how clean the place was and how lovely the party room was decorated. They didn't fault at all from start to finish would definitely recommend the place.

Always a great time had while here watching the grandkids play xx

After being let down elsewhere for a party with less than 24 hours notice, Kidz Fantasy land were amazing. Managed to fit us in, decorated the room for us and the birthday boy had a great time. Thankyou xx

was here yesterday with my friend and her 2. Place itself is great but food took far too long to come and was incomplete on arrival. We were told half hour wait but we ordered 12.45 and still not with us at 1.45 and our time was up at 2. Good job the children had eaten before we got there. The announcements were irritating too. Couldn't people be given a buzzer or similar? There was always a queue so didn't wait to complain. In short , under staffed for a bank holiday xx

We had our daughters 1st birthday party here, when we arrived the room wernt ready for us so we had to wait around 10/15 minutes to be told we can go upstairs. The venue when busy due to the weekend An kids holidays, not that this affected us, maybe that's why we had to wait to go up but we wernt told anything. All the kids had a ball playing and the play area is amazing for the kids, and adults of course! We had mini and Mickey Mouse as part of our package to come an see the kids which my daughter loves. She was made up to see them although they never done anything like play with the kids or get involved with them, they was gone within 10 minutes. Although they did pose for a few photographs I don't really think it was worth the money. All in all everyone still had a great time but there was some downfalls.

Standard kids party venue no different to the rest really, however whilst waiting for the party (we were invited to) to start I bought 1 can of 7up and 1 can of diet Pepsi in the upstairs section and feel that a charge of £4.60 is a complete rip off.



I understand that there has to be some sort of markup on the consumables bought but come on, to charge £2.30 per can when the parents have already paid for entry is an absolute joke.

Great play area but haven’t got half the food on the menu! It took 4 attempts to order food. Told me what they didn’t have so made another choice and went back up to order only to be told they didn’t have that either �� it’s getting beyond a joke

Visited the centre yesterday with my 15 month old daughter and 11 year old brother. Straight away could tell it was under staffed. Empty tables left with rubbish which i had to clear away myself before we could sit down. Bits of paper and rubbish in the smaller childrens section which i had to go around clearing up as my daughter was putting them in her mouth. Patches of what looked like dry sick near the ball pit, older children allowed to go in the toddler part and spoiling it for the babies, one even launched a toy car at my daughters legs � i saw 2 staff members on my entire visit and none of them cleared tables it was the customers doing so. And this morning both kids woke up sick which i can only put down to germs from the minty play area. Prices of food were shocking we went to mcdonalds instead! Also the ladies toilets were filthy, dried period blood on the floor and the baby change smelt like it hadn't been cleaned in days! I cant see myself willingly going back as ive been to better centres with a much higher standard and hygiene.

Space badly used, toilets always filthy, waited ages for food on a quiet day. Been to a few parties before and I would never book my little ones birthday there. Staff don't even look at the kids never mind interact with them in the party rooms. The only good thing about it is the coffee

Just got back from there I have told everyone how amazing it was last year with how it was run and the present my son got it was well worth the money this year to open a small selection box I was mortified £9.50 pre paid place couldn't even get a seat it was madness with parties and things going wrong just wished the Present would been a lot than small selection box as last year it was duplo Lego set and think that's just a joke this year

Visit here regular with my little boy & it's always been nice even had one ov his parties here! But today was shocking big kids playin on the frames being rough & was hitting my little lad which made him cry, was no staff overlooking the frames even wen kids were heard cryin, food was burnt ( salt & pepper chicken wrap ) on the way out ur staff were standing around talkin & laughing at people just plain rude! So doubt we will be back any time soon!

Turned up for 9.25, meant to open at 9.30 to be told it actually doesn't open until 10? 2 screaming kids. Please check your opening times.

The centre was over run with no staff! There were no seats and no place to stand, it was that busy! Surely there is a cut off point of how many children are let in at any one time?! Bigger kids were just knocking smaller children over and the play area was not manned. Coffee's were brought to the table 30 mins after ordering them!!! Overall experience was horrendous!! Will not be returning!!!

I’m so unhappy that I’ve emailed regarding a party I had on November 18th. My daughter party was so rushed. The kids sat down to eat their food and within 5 minutes the ice cream was brought in so obviously the kids aren’t gonna eat their food then are they? Then the cake csme in so very quickly too. The whole thing was rushed. So unhappy. And we didn’t get the free voucher for having a party there
