We visited today while on holiday, all I can say is amazing value. We had 4 kiddies with us 5,8 & two 11 year olds. The had loads of fun, no complaining from either of them. The place is staffed my friendly helpful happy ppl. The cafe sells a wide range and you don't pay the earth or feel robbed. The staff are constantly busy cleaning up areas and helping. Would definitely come back if we are in the area again. We could do with this in welling. Well done guys for running a happy place for all ages! They also have a deal for summer multi passes, money well spent.

We had a laser party last night, best party so far, Sunday evenings so quiet, I would book this 5-7 slot again if we chose to have another party. We was well looked after by out host Chloe and my birthday girl and friends were very happy. Very accommodating when I made changes too! Thanks KP!

Very delayed review ,sorry . My son had his 5th birthday party back in May, it was hosted by Chloe and she was great . All the Children had a great time and is good value for money and easy for a children's party .

My 3 year old loved it here (and so did his dad lol). So much to do and great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Entry cost and snacks are very cheap. Could not fault :)

My 11 month Grandson lives in Maidstone but he often comes to stay with me. We both love the place and stay for over two hours. The child's plate is healthy and only cost £1.20.

Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff. We came in Thursday and my son bumped his head which swelled into an egg shape. The staff couldn't do enough for him they were brilliant. Thank you so much

I took a child in my care to kids planet. I must say, I was very impressed by the organisation, the attention to safety (taking tops off of bottles and keeping them), and above all, the choice in the cafe. There were healthy options available, which made it much easier to buy an apple for a snack when she asked, and have a chocolate bar for pudding as a treat.

Held my Grandson's 6th Birthday party here on 7th June. The kids had a fantastic time!! Reserved table with cups & two jugs of squash with a bin for shoes & a useful bin with a bag for cards & presents. Reserved area for food, which was excellent quality with a choice of ice cream or ice lolly for dessert & more squash. Lovely party leader who was great with the kids (can't remember his name) & balloons for the children to take home. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you Kidz Planet.

Great place children and adults love it. Booked my Daughters 3rd Birthday there and everyone was very happy with the service we received.

Btw it's one of the cleanest place like this compare to other local soft play areas. Definitely we will recommend kidz planet to everyone

User

Booked my Daughters 5th Birthday with you and was very happy with the service I received, Brilliant Party food, cakes and Ice Cream, all the children had a great time, my only criticism would be to have a tub for presents and cards which can be sealed away under the counter as a little child started to open my Daughters Presents which I didn't think was fair, Will come back tho! Xx

Took two of my grandchildren their yesterday age 2 & 6 they had a lovely time kids speg bol.. Was good value for £. But mac cheese was not as pasta with grated cheese on top. My jacket potatoes was very nice even salad was a bit ropy

Kids planet is for kids, they all seemed to be having great fun and were really enjoying the experience. Adults can sit and wait in various places within eyesight of their children. The children cannot escape without being released through the exit point by a member of staff which gives peace of mind whilst you enjoy your latte or cheese toasty etc.

A bit rough round the edges but well patronised and great fun for the kids.

Took my grandchildren have been before considering it was busy on school holidays food wasn't a too long to wait, they were looking forward to going on the rocket as it's operated every hour, unfortunately it wasn't operated at all and we were told due to staff shortage no big deal, overall not a bad place to visit and price was reasonable.

User

Play area is decent . Food is extremely bad value for money I paid £2.50 for a small quarter of a baguette, rip off! My friend paid £2.60 for three quarters of a cheese and tomato very basic pizza ( a quarter had been cut off!) Would not eat here again for sure .

User

My grandson was invited to a party here we was very impressed with everything ,The food was good and well organised getting the children seated and fed loved the party bags and balloons but some parents where letting there children help there selves who was not at the party and also I think all the children would be better going on the rocket train together instead of a free for all and also it staying open longer a few of the party was off playing else where and when they came back it had finished and gates locked but over all a great day was had by all

Went today with my son.

Was disappointing small compared to others we've been to.

The under 2 area was very basic and grimey. Black gunk on the toys.

The under 5 area not any better for cleanliness but my son enjoyed the cars and the kitchen playset, even though the latter looked like it might have been found at the dump.

What really is amazing about the place though is that it seems to be the home of the biggest 4 year olds I've ever seen...and fastest too.

It's almost as if they were actually ten.

Spoiler alert, they were 10.

They were proudly screaming it...whilst in the 4 or below area.

My son couldn't go in the ball pit as the kids were running and diving into it or upstairs as another group had colonised it for their game.

Had to physically stop (by holding onto it) another from pulling away a toy my son was playing with.

Staff walking through areas didn't police their own rules at all, which is a shame. Luckily my kid was fine, another little girl, probably around 3 was knocked flying by a kid chasing another 10 year old (didn't even slow him down).

Would be really good if not for the oblivious/ignorant parents (delete as required) and if the staff enforced the age limits (which they sign clearly)

User

Under 2s area wasn't as clean as I thought it would be going by other play areas I've been too! all toys was broken and bad to be honest! Nothing to help development! Tummy time! Ball pit! Walkers! Musical toys! Sensory toys!

It Feels like there has been no effort put in for younger baby's just chucked some old broken toys in there they could make it so much better.

Under 5s area was better but still dirty toys

Wouldn't hurt to give them a wipe over every now and then!

Price paid for baby's not worth it for what they have and the area they have! Disappointed!

User

Was very disapointed as very dirty/ run down looking , not enough toys etc for under 2's only few baby bouncers & walkers etc . Such a shame as used to be quite good when my eldest was little (he's 12 now ) Won't be back anytime soon

Me & my children avoid this place as much as we can and only go here if invited to parties . My mum offered to take them today but yet again my child was subjected to bullying being physically hurt by another child who claimed I may add that his mum works here !!! So he thought that it was acceptable to kick and push my son over and make his whole experience awful . Yet again staff do nothing !! The time before we had a child spitting in my children’s faces !! It’s a shame there’s not rules in place for children that are out of control and generally make other children’s lives less fun . My children both say they don’t want to come here because of the behaviour of others ..... not really fair if some rules were put in place and staff were too find the parents and make them aware it’s not acceptable to subject others to physical or verbal abuse !! Why should a handful of children ruin the only soft play area we have in our local town we live in ?? I wouldn’t complain if it was a 1 off but it’s every time we’ve been in the last couple of years....
