We had a lovely day at kidzania today! I was very surprised at how it wasn't busy especially for term time/bank holiday! I want to especially thank the lady who worked in the h&m recycling.. She made my daughter's day! She had noticed bayleigh had already been in to do the job so asked bayleigh if she wanted to explain parts of the recycling chat. To my surprise bayleigh stood up and explained it perfectly. She really made my daughter's day so thank you,will definitely be returning :)

Was visiting London from ireland and booked Kidszania for my Grandniece and Grandnephew aged 9 & 7 . They had an amazing time and really enjoyed it. We were there on Easter Sunday it was very busy and longest time they waited was 20 minutes for any of the activities. There was a lovely seating area upstairs for adults and also table and chair downstairs at the coffee shop . Food was very reasonable in Kidszania and enjoyable. I didn't see the kids from the time they entered until we were going home and they would have gone back the next day they enjoyed so much. Hats off to all the Staff the are an amazing and very helpful. Keep up the good work will be back again the next time I'm back in London with the Kids.....

The place is kept clean and tidy.

I like the time slots so it doesnтАЩt get overcrowded and allows you to take in the full experience or should I say your child.

Very educational too, with an appreciation of how things work or are made and paying/earning.

Would highly recommend a visit as it creates so much joy and truly is a little big world!!!

My daughter had an amazing time today we arrived at 11.30am and didnтАЩt leave till closing time 4 pm . We didnтАЩt have to queue for anything really and after all the schools disappeared we had the place to ourselves she was the only one in all the activities she did for the last 1 1/2 hours ... what a great educational but more importantly fun day out she has learnt so much . Will definitely go again but IтАЩll again avoid the weekend or holidays .

Kids and us loved it here...a great idea/concept and educational too...we got very lucky as it wasnтАЩt too busy when we went and managed to get a lot covered ! (Not all, but a lot) ...and definitely got our moneys worth ! DonтАЩt think that would be the case if it was really busy though!

Just back from our Sons 10th Birthday party.. We had the bronze package for 10 Children..

On entry we were met by our Party Host Nico who made a fuss of our Son then took us to check in which was quick and easy... Everything was explained well and Nico was very good with all the kids and their 100s of questions.....

We had 3.5hours of play and the kids did so many activities we lost count. Most they

Qued was 15 minutes for the Chocolate making but the kids were fine with that. We had 30 minutes for food in the hub which was decorated for the party. The food was there waiting for us when we were called which was brilliant as the kids were so hungry ...Plenty of food ... kids snack bags with sandwiches, crisps & fruits and then pizza, chips & veggie nuggets to go around.

Cupcakes had candles in and we sang happy birthday so no need for a cake!

Brilliant day all around, think it helped being quite as it was a very hot day outside...

Party was brilliant ... couldnтАЩt ask for a better day!!

I took my 6 and 8 year old and they absolutely loved it, I was a little worried due to some negative reviews about how busy it gets and the queuing but we got there early, literally as it opened. They went straight for climbing the wall and it's a good job because that's clearly one of the popular things to do as later the que was ridiculous. There were a lot they didn't get to do due to there being so much, considering its half term we didn't have to que long at all for some things, the afternoon definitely got extremely busy so going early is the answer. I would agree with what some reviews say regarding time keeping, our time slot was for 12.30 and we got there at 11 and they let us in! I do think you should get longer, so maybe 6 hours instead of 4.

I love the fact you all have these special bracelets which means the kids can't escape and if you want to know where they are in kidzania you just put the bracelet up to this computer and it tells you, staff were really lovely and friendly. Im quite critical of things like this and for once I actually don't have a bad word to say about it, would definitely go again and maybe even get passes. Just one thing, make the items that you can buy with your Kidzos better because they were crap and you need a lot of Kidzos to get anything decent.

The two hosts (Airida & Jija) were fantastic in every way, very hands on and were able to handle the large group of excited kids effortlessly and pleasantly. The best part was that the kids had loads of fun, everyone had a variety of тАШjobsтАЩ to do. Finally, the Oreo cake & cupcakes were lovely, and the mascot visit was well appreciated by the kids. Overall, a great experience, will come again ЁЯСНЁЯП╗

Had a fantastic time with two eight year old girls yesterday. It was so quiet that there were hardly any queues and the girls managed about 10 activities in the time. The place was clean, well managed and the staff were friendly and professional. The only improvement I could suggest would be better goods in the shop to exchange for the kidzos ( it was pound shop tat) and quicker service in the gourmet burger kitchen. Otherwise an excellent experience- we will be visiting again!

Great time on a mothering Sunday for a 8th birthday party of 10 children aged between 5 - 10.

Everyone enjoyed the time.

Also I think it's best to go on a Sunday and not in peak hours as this place is massive and will be busy.

We had a great time and the party was well organised and thought out. My daughter and her cousins enjoyed their time so did the adults .

After booking tickets for my sons 5th birthday, I then read the reviews which made me worry our day wasnтАЩt going to be what we hoped.

All I can say is IтАЩm glad we went as we all had such a fab day and even though my son is shy he still was made to feel included and the staff were fun and bubbly. ItтАЩs definitely worth the money you pay as you get few free gifts as you go round. We went today (Saturday) and expected it to be busy but we still managed to do over 8 activities and have lunch so plenty of time to do enough.

We visited today for our daughter's 9th birthday with four of her friends. We chose the 10am slot, and I would recommend going in early as it did become noticeably busier after 12pm. The girls had a great time and they managed to do 6 activities in the 4 hour slot. There is ample seating throughout for adults. We bought lunch at the Fire House (purchasing meal deals for all). The quality of food was fine, but not enough spaces to sit and eat inside, and so we had to go and find benches outside. We didn't see the shop where you can spend the Kidzos at the end, but the guy at the end gave the girls some complementary gifts on the way out, and the girls were delighted by this. Overall a good day out.

The kids absolutely loved it and the staff were amazing. It was quiet when we went so hardly any queuing which ment the kids earned lots of kidzos! However the shop to spend the kidzos in was very disappointing with nothing decent to buy. 130 kidzos basically got u a bouncy ball and a pencil! My kids were very disappointed in this as they worked really hard. I wish now that I had made them spend the money inside getting their face painted and doing the other activities you had to buy in there. If you go frequently you can save the money and accumulate it but for us as a one off experience it just put a dampener on the whole thing. The incentive was to earn money to buy something so better gifts in the shop would have made this whole thing better.

I visited Kidzania for my son's 9th Birthday on the 24th August 2017, with his 2 year old baby brother and my elderly mother. We quickly went through the airport security and collected out Kidzania monies.



It was an educational experience, with loads of fun places for the birthday boy to work and earn Kidzania monies. The dentist office, sang happy birthday to him and we completed the day by visiting the Gormet Burger restaurant and grabbing a free made chicken burger. There was a disco and play area upstairs for the baby brother too and loads of benches to sit down and rest my tired feet.





The only down side was, it did got too busy towards the late afternoon and the queue times to work at the favourite spots, was ridiculous.



Overall, an exciting and educational experience and that helped motivate the birthday boy on possible career plans. A very good concept for kids play.



Another, birthday is approaching, however we will not be visiting again this year.

Had a great day out with my daughter and her friends. They manage to do about 8 /10 activities which was great as it is the Easter hols. The only down side is the shop where the kids can spend the well earnt cash but unfortunately they could only buy a wrist band or a pencil or some other silly toys all the bigger items were 500 kidzo. Maybe having a pic n mix of sweets or just more to choose from.

Fantastic day had by all. I came with my 7 and 9 year old and husband and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The set up and concept is brilliant and the layout is really good. The only thing that prevented me from giving this place 5 stars is the fact they insist on charging for adults - clearly adults are not going to be utilising the facilities but do need to be accessible to their children particularly under 8s. It was also quite disappointing to see that they had nothing to spend their hard earned/saved kidzos on unless they wanted a wooden necklace, cheap plastic fridge magnet letters or keyrings that had nothing to do with the place - the sort of prizes you'd win from a 2p machine at the seaside.



Would be nice to see these issues revised but nevertheless we shall return again.

The children had a great time in the Kidzania village, unfortunately when we got out and into the shop where the children can spend their Kidzos, is all the shop had was some board games which where extremely high in price, some plastic letter fridge magnets and some brown beaded necklaces! There were lots and lots of empty containers which tells me the shop had been stocked at some point but had been left to now go empty! 3 very disappointed children in the shop! I then went to customer services who were pretty rubbish to be honest told me it was because Easter had come to an end! Well surely knowing its going to be very busy because its Easter and knowing its a family time you would make sure the shop is fully stocked! She also made a comment about saving the money for next time well sorry but we have travelled over hour and a half to get there and to get 4 adults and 3 children in it isn't very cheap! Come away very disappointed!

IтАЩm currently in Kidzania along with about 20 different schools. Why on earth you allow so many schools to attend at the same time is totally ridiculous, there are at least 40 minute queues for most activities. There are not enough teachers to manage the children who are running round all over the place with no consideration for others and knocking small children out of the way. Some of the children in my opinion are far too old to even be in here!!! You should have staff managing the total chaos in this hellhole. And you SHOULD NOT allow so many schools in here at the same time. What a total joke. DonтАЩt even bother attending this place. WeтАЩll be lucky to get 6 activities done in our 4 hour time slot that we paid ┬г90 for the privilege of doing.

Had a fantastic time with two eight year old girls yesterday. It was so quiet that there were hardly any queues and the girls managed about 10 activities in the time. The place was clean, well managed and the staff were friendly and professional. The only improvement I could suggest would be better goods in the shop to exchange for the kidzos ( it was pound shop tat) and quicker service in the gourmet burger kitchen. Otherwise an excellent experience- we will be visiting again!

Great time on a mothering Sunday for a 8th birthday party of 10 children aged between 5 - 10.

Everyone enjoyed the time.

Also I think it's best to go on a Sunday and not in peak hours as this place is massive and will be busy.

We had a great time and the party was well organised and thought out. My daughter and her cousins enjoyed their time so did the adults .

After booking tickets for my sons 5th birthday, I then read the reviews which made me worry our day wasnтАЩt going to be what we hoped.

All I can say is IтАЩm glad we went as we all had such a fab day and even though my son is shy he still was made to feel included and the staff were fun and bubbly. ItтАЩs definitely worth the money you pay as you get few free gifts as you go round. We went today (Saturday) and expected it to be busy but we still managed to do over 8 activities and have lunch so plenty of time to do enough.

Staff are very slow with the changeover of children with no hurry making the ques build up very quickly !! But a brilliant place otherwise will def return :)

We visited today for our daughter's 9th birthday with four of her friends. We chose the 10am slot, and I would recommend going in early as it did become noticeably busier after 12pm. The girls had a great time and they managed to do 6 activities in the 4 hour slot. There is ample seating throughout for adults. We bought lunch at the Fire House (purchasing meal deals for all). The quality of food was fine, but not enough spaces to sit and eat inside, and so we had to go and find benches outside. We didn't see the shop where you can spend the Kidzos at the end, but the guy at the end gave the girls some complementary gifts on the way out, and the girls were delighted by this. Overall a good day out.

The kids absolutely loved it and the staff were amazing. It was quiet when we went so hardly any queuing which ment the kids earned lots of kidzos! However the shop to spend the kidzos in was very disappointing with nothing decent to buy. 130 kidzos basically got u a bouncy ball and a pencil! My kids were very disappointed in this as they worked really hard. I wish now that I had made them spend the money inside getting their face painted and doing the other activities you had to buy in there. If you go frequently you can save the money and accumulate it but for us as a one off experience it just put a dampener on the whole thing. The incentive was to earn money to buy something so better gifts in the shop would have made this whole thing better.

I visited Kidzania for my son's 9th Birthday on the 24th August 2017, with his 2 year old baby brother and my elderly mother. We quickly went through the airport security and collected out Kidzania monies.



It was an educational experience, with loads of fun places for the birthday boy to work and earn Kidzania monies. The dentist office, sang happy birthday to him and we completed the day by visiting the Gormet Burger restaurant and grabbing a free made chicken burger. There was a disco and play area upstairs for the baby brother too and loads of benches to sit down and rest my tired feet.





The only down side was, it did got too busy towards the late afternoon and the queue times to work at the favourite spots, was ridiculous.



Overall, an exciting and educational experience and that helped motivate the birthday boy on possible career plans. A very good concept for kids play.



Another, birthday is approaching, however we will not be visiting again this year.

Had a great day out with my daughter and her friends. They manage to do about 8 /10 activities which was great as it is the Easter hols. The only down side is the shop where the kids can spend the well earnt cash but unfortunately they could only buy a wrist band or a pencil or some other silly toys all the bigger items were 500 kidzo. Maybe having a pic n mix of sweets or just more to choose from.

Fantastic day had by all. I came with my 7 and 9 year old and husband and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The set up and concept is brilliant and the layout is really good. The only thing that prevented me from giving this place 5 stars is the fact they insist on charging for adults - clearly adults are not going to be utilising the facilities but do need to be accessible to their children particularly under 8s. It was also quite disappointing to see that they had nothing to spend their hard earned/saved kidzos on unless they wanted a wooden necklace, cheap plastic fridge magnet letters or keyrings that had nothing to do with the place - the sort of prizes you'd win from a 2p machine at the seaside.



Would be nice to see these issues revised but nevertheless we shall return again.

The children had a great time in the Kidzania village, unfortunately when we got out and into the shop where the children can spend their Kidzos, is all the shop had was some board games which where extremely high in price, some plastic letter fridge magnets and some brown beaded necklaces! There were lots and lots of empty containers which tells me the shop had been stocked at some point but had been left to now go empty! 3 very disappointed children in the shop! I then went to customer services who were pretty rubbish to be honest told me it was because Easter had come to an end! Well surely knowing its going to be very busy because its Easter and knowing its a family time you would make sure the shop is fully stocked! She also made a comment about saving the money for next time well sorry but we have travelled over hour and a half to get there and to get 4 adults and 3 children in it isn't very cheap! Come away very disappointed!

IтАЩm currently in Kidzania along with about 20 different schools. Why on earth you allow so many schools to attend at the same time is totally ridiculous, there are at least 40 minute queues for most activities. There are not enough teachers to manage the children who are running round all over the place with no consideration for others and knocking small children out of the way. Some of the children in my opinion are far too old to even be in here!!! You should have staff managing the total chaos in this hellhole. And you SHOULD NOT allow so many schools in here at the same time. What a total joke. DonтАЩt even bother attending this place. WeтАЩll be lucky to get 6 activities done in our 4 hour time slot that we paid ┬г90 for the privilege of doing.
